Module documentation

Every Eazyclick OS module has its own page: what it is for, how to get started step by step, real screenshots, a short video and the frequent questions. The “?” at the top of every back-office screen leads to the right page.

  • Agents do your repetitive tasks at the time you choose: morning summary, post idea, appointments overview, contacts to follow up. Nothing is written or sent without your consent.

  • Analytics Pro opens the Pro tab of your Results: funnels, heatmaps, form analytics, users flow and Google Search, to see where your visitors move on and where they stop.

    Read the docs
  • Online bookings for your restaurant on your website: floor plan, waitlist, live service, card hold, several venues and reports, with no per-cover commission.

    Read the docs
  • An online calendar for your appointments: one booking page per appointment type, live slots, automatic confirmation and reminders, optional deposit, and an up-to-date customer record in the CRM.

    Read the docs
  • Business email brings your mailbox into Eazyclick OS, over IMAP: Gmail, Google Workspace, iCloud, Yahoo, Proximus, Telenet, OVHcloud, Combell, one.com, Infomaniak and other providers. You read and reply without switching tools, with the sender’s CRM card next to the message.

    Read the docs
  • The CRM keeps every contact, company and deal in one place, from the request received on your website to the won deal. You see who to follow up, where each prospect stands and a customer’s full history on their record. Ziggy Ventes, on with CRM Pro, reads your notes in the CRM and on appointments and suggests the updates: nothing is applied without you.

  • The chatbot, called Sales agent in Eazyclick OS, answers your visitors from what you write for it and from your published website. It makes up no prices or lead times, hands over to a person on request and passes contact details left to the CRM.

    Read the docs
  • Customers order online and choose a pickup slot, and their shop if you have several. Your team prepares the order and the customer is told when it’s ready.

    Read the docs
  • Structure your training into chapters and lessons, set the access price and follow each student’s progress in Eazyclick OS. Your students take their lessons on your published website: you grant access by hand, or they buy it on the course page.

    Read the docs
  • Send a 0 to 10 NPS survey after a purchase, a store sale, an appointment or a repair: the score, its trend and the comments read in Reputation, by store and by team member.

    Read the docs
  • Receive online donations, one-time, monthly or yearly, into your organisation’s account with no Eazyclick commission. Follow campaigns, donors and tax receipts, and prepare your membership plans.

  • Run your Google listing from Eazyclick: up-to-date details and opening hours, posts, replies to reviews and collection campaigns after a purchase or an appointment.

    Read the docs
  • A loyalty programme linked to your shop, your till and your appointments: customers collect points, and each tier they reach gives them a discount voucher, with no paper card. If your website has its online shop, customers join the programme from the site, with their customer account.

    Read the docs
  • Upload a meeting’s recording: its transcript, its summary and the list of things to do are prepared for you. You review them, then share them with the right people.

    Read the docs
  • Your site’s member list in Eazyclick OS: invitations, statuses, access granted to each member and a direct link to their CRM record. Your members sign in on your published website, with no password, and find their personal space there.
