How much does the Booking Pro module cost?

The module starts from €49/month excl. VAT. The exact price and setup depend on the number of venues, rooms and tables: your project manager confirms these in writing before starting. Bookings are taken on your own website, with no per-cover commission paid to a platform.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

How does it differ from the Bookings & appointments module?

Bookings & appointments handles appointments: a practitioner, a service, a time slot. Booking Pro is designed for venues booking tables: rooms, floor plans, services, waiting lists and, for nightlife, guest lists and door checks.

Can I manage several venues?

Yes. Each venue has its own rooms, tables and services, and you manage them all from one dashboard without changing tools or accounts. When one location is full, customers can be offered another venue in your group instead of booking elsewhere. Your project manager configures each venue with you.

Can I ask for a deposit for a table?

Yes. Depending on your rules, a booking can require a deposit or prepayment, paid directly into your account, with your cancellation policy shown before the customer confirms. Your project manager helps set amounts by service or area, for example a deposit on Saturday evenings or for large parties.

Do I already need an Eazyclick website or pack?

Yes. Customers book tables directly on your website: the module is added to an Eazyclick website, whatever your pack (KickStarter, GlowUp or Booster), and managed from the same dashboard. No website with us yet? We put your website and modules together during an initial call.
