What should an event venue's website include?
Everything people need to picture their event and decide: photos and a video of each space, capacities by layout (seated dinner, cocktail reception, conference), packages and what's included, recommended suppliers, access and parking, and a downloadable brochure. Then a quote request asking for the date, event type and guest numbers.
How can visitors book a venue viewing?
Online, without emailing back and forth: your viewing slots appear on the website through Bookings & appointments, the couple or company chooses one and receives a reminder the day before. The appointment joins their customer record, with your conversations and quotes.
From signed quote to deposit
After the viewing, send the proposal from the customer record for online signature; the deposit invoice follows, then the final invoice, through Quotes & invoices. Do you also hire out rooms by the day? The Rentals module books them by period, without double bookings. For your own evening events, Ticketing sells tickets with no per-ticket fees.

How much does an event venue website cost?
A one-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months (KickStarter); a bespoke website of up to 6 pages with complete CRM starts at €149/month (GlowUp). Each module has its own price: Bookings & appointments costs €290 setup then €59/month; Rentals costs €290 then €59/month. Your project manager gives you an exact price after an initial call.
Can visitors book a venue viewing online?
Yes. With the Bookings & appointments module, your viewing slots appear on the website; visitors choose theirs and receive confirmation, then a reminder the day before. The event date and guest count are specified in your quote request form.
How do I display my rooms' capacities and layouts?
Every space has its own page: photos, floor plan, capacities by layout (seated dinner, cocktail reception, conference), equipment and packages. Visitors compare your spaces before requesting a quote, making enquiries more precise.
Can I request a deposit when the quote is signed?
Yes. A quote signed online can be followed by a deposit invoice sent from Quotes & invoices, then a final invoice accounting for the deposit. You can always see what remains to be collected for each event.
Do you also offer websites for my catering business?
Yes: catering has its own page in our hospitality offering, with menus, orders and event quotes. The Choux de Bruxelles group, for example, entrusted us with both the Château de Drogenbos website and the website for its caterer Pickles.
