The 14 allergens, dish by dish

Each dish displays its allergens, selected from the 14 on the European list: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Your online menu, table QR code and printed PDF show the same written information.

Legally required allergen information, kept up to date in writing

For food served unpackaged, the Belgian Royal Decree of 17 July 2014 requires customers to be informed about the 14 allergens, verbally or in writing. The module keeps the written information up to date for you.

How much does the Menus module cost?

Setup is free, then €24/month over 12 months or €19/month over 24 months. This covers several menus (lunch, evening, drinks), unlimited dishes, the 14 allergens, prices by the glass and bottle, French, Dutch and English, a table QR code and PDF printing.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

Do I need an Eazyclick website or pack already?

Yes. Your menu appears on your website and through the table QR code: add the module to any Eazyclick website, whatever your pack (KickStarter, GlowUp or Booster). Don't have a website with us yet? We'll plan your website and modules together on an initial call.

Can I import my current menu?

Yes. Your project manager helps put your existing menu online: categories, dishes, prices and photos. We select the allergens for the first dishes together to get you started. Then you manage and update your menu yourself, without re-entering everything whenever something changes.

Does the module really make me compliant on allergens?

The module gives you a tool to display the 14 allergens covered by European regulations in writing, dish by dish, including through table QR codes. However, the accuracy of each dish's allergens remains your responsibility: you know your recipes. The tool helps you comply; it does not guarantee compliance for you.

How exactly does the table QR code work?

The module generates a QR code linking to your online menu. Print it and place it on your tables or display stands. Customers scan it and see your up-to-date menu, in their language, on their phone. The QR code is created within your system, with no external service or customer tracking.

What happens when I change a price or sell out?

Everything is instant. Change a price, add a daily special or hide a sold-out dish from your dashboard, and the published menu updates immediately, including through the table QR code. No more reprinting, crossing things out by hand or telling every waiter: the right information circulates automatically.
