This page is for brasseries serving food: a dining room, a terrace, a daily special and a beer list. Brew your own beer? Your website presents your brewery and beers, and tours can be booked online with Bookings & appointments; most of what follows also applies to your taproom.

What should a brasserie website include?

The day's specials, food and beer menus with prices, kitchen hours (whether service is continuous), terrace, directions and parking, group packages and Google reviews. With Menus, update the daily special from your phone: it is live on your website before the lunchtime rush.

How do you manage groups and banquets?

Tables and groups can be booked 24/24 on your website with Booking Pro, with no commission per cover. For a banquet, seminar or family celebration, Quotes & invoices prepares the proposal, gets it signed online and sends the deposit invoice followed by the final invoice: from €35/month excl. VAT over 24 months (€44 over 12 months), plus a one-off setup fee of €190.

How much does a brasserie website cost?

An Eazyclick website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months with the KickStarter plan, a €249 setup fee, or €1,490 as a one-off payment. Add an online menu with no setup fee for €24/month (€19/month over 24 months). On regulations, a served meal carries 12 % VAT and a beer 21 % (hospitality VAT guide), and above €25 000 in restaurant services per year, Belgium's registered cash register system (SCE) is required (SCE 2.0 guide). Eazyclick does not replace your certified till: your website runs alongside it.

How much does a brasserie website cost?

Can I change the dish of the day myself?

Yes. With Menus, update the dish of the day, menu and beer list from your phone in seconds: the change appears on your website and through your table QR codes. Your project manager puts the menu online with you at the start and shows you how to keep it updated.

Can my customers book a table or group online?

Yes, with Booking Pro: customers book 24h/24 based on your actual availability, for a table or group, and receive confirmation. No commission is charged per cover. For banquets or seminars, quotes are signed online with Quotes & invoices.

What VAT applies to a meal and a beer in a brasserie?

A meal served at a table is taxed at 12%, beer and other drinks served at 21%, and a takeaway dish generally at 6%. Your receipt therefore separates each line by its rate. Details, with sources from the Belgian Official Gazette and FPS Finance, are in our hospitality VAT guide.

Does my brasserie need an SCE cash register?

Yes, if your restaurant services exceed €25,000 excl. VAT per year, excluding drinks and takeaway. New establishments covered by the rules must use SCE 2.0 from 1 July 2026. Eazyclick does not replace your certified till. See our SCE 2.0 guide.
