An enquiry comes in through your website form: the record is created with the name, the message and the source. You place it in your pipeline and set the next action.
On the day, the task appears in “My tasks”. You call, or reply on WhatsApp or by email from the record with WhatsApp messaging and Business email, and the conversation stays in the history.

How many users are included?
Spark includes 3 users. Each extra user is added to the subscription, at a price that goes down as the number grows. Everyone logs in with their own access and permissions.
Can my WhatsApp messages and emails land on the customer record?
Yes, with the WhatsApp messaging and Business email modules. Conversations are shared with the team and linked to the right customer.
Does the CRM work without an Eazyclick website?
Yes. You can use the CRM and keep your current website. With an Eazyclick website, every form, appointment or order lands directly on the customer's record. For your current website, we check the connection options with you.
Where is my customers' data hosted?
In Europe, in Paris, in line with the GDPR. You remain the owner of your data and can export it at any time. In your settings, you can see open sessions and close any you do not recognise.
