Built for your sector,

Websites, branding, SEO, ads, content, social and the management tools your business needs: every Eazyclick solution is tailored to your sector.
A medical or allied health practice website first reassures and informs: who you are, what you treat, where and when you consult, whether you follow Belgium's agreed healthcare fee schedule, and how to book. Eazyclick builds websites for doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, vets and other health professionals, with commission-free online appointments on your own website. From €69/month excl. VAT for a one-page website, €149/month for a bespoke website, respecting your profession's rules.

What should a healthcare professional's website include?
Your name and title, specialisms or care areas, consultation locations and hours, your status under INAMI's agreed fee system and fees where you set them freely, easy access information (map, parking, accessibility), and appointment booking. Keep the tone restrained and factual: patients seek information, not promises.
Which rules apply to healthcare websites in Belgium?
Checked in September 2026. General guidance: consult your professional order or body before publication.
- Doctors. The Belgian Order of Physicians' Code of Medical Ethics governs advertising: information must be truthful, objective, relevant, verifiable, discreet and clear.
- Dentists. The Court of Justice of the EU ruled in 2017 (Vanderborght judgment, C-339/15) that a general and absolute ban on all dental care advertising conflicts with EU law, while allowing regulation of communication methods.
- Psychologists. The title of psychologist is protected by the law of 8 November 1993: the required qualification and registration on the Commission of Psychologists' list are mandatory.
- Health data. A form or appointment booking may reveal health data, a special category under Article 9 of GDPR: only ask for what is necessary.
- Legal information. Like any business, and as a regulated professional, state your title and the order or body you belong to (Code of Economic Law, art. III.74).
How much does a practice website cost?
A one-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT (KickStarter), a bespoke website with complete CRM at €149/month (GlowUp). Add online appointment booking as a module: €290 setup, then €59/month, with no commission per appointment. Details on the Packages page and in our guide to website prices in Belgium.
Can my patients book appointments on my website?
Yes. With the Bookings & appointments module, your available slots appear on your own website; patients choose, receive confirmation and a reminder the day before. There's no commission per appointment: you pay the module subscription, €59/month after €290 setup.
Does the website comply with my profession's code of ethics?
We work with you to write factual, understated content: title, specialities, locations, hours and agreed-fee status, without promises of results or comparisons with colleagues. Rules vary by profession; ask your professional order or body to review the copy if you're unsure.
Can I display patient reviews?
This depends on the ethical rules of each profession. For doctors, the commentary on Article 37 of Belgium's Code of Medical Ethics rules out publishing patient testimonials; other professions regulate them strictly. We can leave reviews off entirely and keep review requests disabled. Your Google listing can receive reviews independently of your website.
How much does a medical or allied health practice website cost?
A one-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months (KickStarter), including design, hosting and training; a bespoke website with the full CRM costs €149/month (GlowUp). Add online appointment booking for €290 setup, then €59/month, with no commission per appointment. Your project manager gives you an exact price based on the number of practitioners and locations.
How is my patients' data protected?
The appointment form only asks for what's needed to arrange the consultation: name, contact details and, if you wish, a general reason. Health information is sensitive data under Article 9 of the GDPR: we avoid free-text fields that encourage detailed disclosure and help you prepare your privacy notices.
