Quotes and e-invoices, signed and paid online

From signed quote to paid invoice

You prepare the quote from the customer's record, they sign it online, and the invoice goes out as an e-invoice (Peppol), checked before it is sent. You see what is still to be paid.

  • Spark from €71/month excl. VAT
  • 1 h with your project manager every month
  • 14-day free trial

E-invoicing is here: mandatory in Belgium since January 2026.

From quote to payment

Less typing, payments tracked

The quote picks up the customer record. The invoice picks up the quote. The payment updates the invoice. You never copy anything twice.

  • Quotes signed online

  • E-invoices (Peppol) checked before sending

How it works, from quote to payment

You create the quote from the customer's record: lines, quantities, VAT and discounts, with the totals calculated for you. The customer receives a link, reads the quote on their phone and accepts it online. The acceptance is time-stamped.

Once the quote is signed, “Create invoice” carries everything over, including a deposit if you ask for one. For a business, the invoice goes out through Peppol in the right format, after a check. For a private customer, it goes by email with a payment link.

If the invoice is not paid by the due date, reminders go out on the schedule you chose. Every month, your accountant receives a ready-to-use export.

Four steps, no copy and paste

Each document picks up the previous one, all the way to payment.

See how it works
Step 01

The enquiry becomes a deal.

The website enquiry lands in the CRM. You move it along the pipeline and prepare the quote from the record.

Step 02

The customer signs online.

They open the link, read the quote and accept it from their phone. You are notified as soon as it is signed.

Step 03

The invoice goes out as an e-invoice.

“Create invoice” picks up the quote. The invoice is checked, then sent in the format your customer expects.

Step 04

The payment comes in, or the reminder goes out.

The customer pays through the link and the invoice switches to “paid”. If not, reminders go out on the planned date.

The quote is signed. You are still on site.

Quote, invoice and payment follow on from each other

The customer's details are already there, at every step.

A clear quote, signed from a phone.

Your lines, your terms and your logo. The customer accepts online, the acceptance is time-stamped and the accepted document is archived.

  • Lines, VAT and discounts calculated
  • Deposit requested on signature
  • Accepted quote turned into an invoice in one click

E-invoices in the right format.

Since 1 January 2026, invoices between VAT-registered businesses in Belgium must be electronic and structured. In France, every VAT-registered business must be able to receive e-invoices from 1 September 2026, with issuing becoming mandatory in stages until 1 September 2027. The module sends them through Peppol, checked before sending, and receives your suppliers' invoices.

  • Sending and receiving through Peppol
  • A check before every send
  • Credit notes to correct things cleanly

Frequently asked questions about quotes and invoices

View all FAQs

Are my invoices Peppol-compliant?

Yes, for both sending and receiving. The Quotes & invoices module sends your business-to-business invoices in the Peppol format, checked before sending, and receives your suppliers' invoices. During setup, we configure your Peppol identity with you.

Can my customer sign the quote on their phone?

Yes. They receive a link, read the quote and accept it online, with no printing or scanning. The acceptance is time-stamped and the accepted document is archived. The quote then becomes an invoice in one click.

How do I keep track of unpaid invoices?

Every invoice shows its status: sent, paid or overdue. You see at a glance what is still to be paid and you send reminders from the invoice.

What about my accountant?

They keep their own software. Every month, your invoices go into an export ready for them. A direct connection to their accounting software is possible on quotation: we look at what suits you together.

Can I invoice the time spent on a project?

Yes, with the Projects & time module: the team logs its hours by project, and you know what each project took before you invoice.
