The Rentals module costs 290 € excl. VAT to set up, then 59 € excl. VAT per month on a 12-month commitment, or 49 € excl. VAT per month over 24 months. It can also be one of Booster's modules of choice. What the price includes is listed below.

How much does the Rentals module cost?

Setup costs €290, then the subscription is €59/month over 12 months or €49/month over 24 months. Pricing is per website, with no commission on rentals: everything you take is yours. Support from a dedicated project manager is included, and a trial is possible: discuss it with them.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

Do I already need an Eazyclick website or pack?

Yes. Rentals are booked on your website: the module is added to an Eazyclick website, whatever your pack (KickStarter, GlowUp or Booster), and managed from the same dashboard. No website with us yet? We put your website and modules together during an initial call.

Can I import my existing catalogue and rentals?

Yes. Your project manager transfers your catalogue with you: items, photos, rates, security deposits and durations. Upcoming rentals can be entered so your calendar is accurate from the start. You begin with a complete inventory ready for online bookings, without starting from scratch.

How are security deposits handled?

You choose the method. By default, the security deposit is pre-authorised on the customer's card: nothing is charged, the amount is held during the rental and released on return if everything is in order. If the inspection finds damage, you capture it. If pre-authorisation is unavailable, take the deposit at the counter.

Can I offer daily or half-day rentals with reduced rates for longer periods?

Yes. Set each item's rental period by the hour, half-day or day, with a minimum duration if needed. Add seasonal rates and discounts for longer rentals, for example beyond three days. The price is calculated automatically and shown to the customer before confirmation.

How does equipment return work?

At handover and return, complete a condition report from your dashboard: a checklist, photos and, if needed, a damage report. On return, release the deposit in one action or capture it if damage is found. Everything stays linked to the rental, helping avoid disputes.
