Z report

every time you cash up

One catalogue, one stock, zero commission

Many retailers live in two separate worlds: a till on one side, an online shop on the other. Two catalogues to maintain, two stocks that never agree, and often commission on every transaction.

With the Eazyclick till, there is just one world: you sell at the counter using your shop's catalogue, and every sale updates the stock your website sees.

The result: no Eazyclick commission on your sales, one shared stock for your shop and website, and a Z report that closes each day properly.

Who is Point of sale for?

  • Retailers with a physical shop
  • Shops that also sell online
  • Shared in-store and online stock

What our till software does in practice

Sell at the counter in seconds

Scan a barcode or search for a product by name: it is added to the receipt. Discounts and promo codes are the same as online, and the total incl. VAT appears live during the sale. The till calculates the change.

  • Scan or search
A barcode scanner or the product name is all you need to add it to the receipt
  • Discounts and promotions
Apply the same discounts and promo codes as in your online shop
  • Change calculated
Enter the amount received and the till calculates the change
  • Sale recorded
Every payment becomes a clear order, whether paid by cash, card or another method

One stock for your shop and website

The product sold at the counter is the one in your online shop, with the same quantity. No more duplicate entries, mismatched counts or customers sold an item that has already gone. One catalogue to manage, with your till keeping up.

  • Unified stock
Selling three items in store updates the stock your website sees
  • One catalogue
Manage products from your dashboard, and the till follows
  • No more overselling
No online orders for items already sold off the shelf
  • What you see
The displayed quantity is what is actually available on the shelf

Receipts, sessions and Z reports under control

Open your session with a cash float, take payments all day, then cash up. The Z report shows totals by payment method, VAT collected and any cash discrepancy. Receipts are emailed or printed.

  • Till session
Open with a cash float and close at the end of the day
  • Detailed Z report
Total sales by payment method, VAT collected and number of receipts
  • Discrepancies always shown
The report compares expected cash with counted cash
  • Compliant receipt
Includes Belgian VAT details, sent by email or printed in 80 mm format

Your till up and running in 3 steps

Three steps. Nothing to worry about. A module that works for you, not the other way round.

View all modules
Step 01

We activate the till for your shop

Your project manager sets up your checkout and connects it to your existing shop's stock. Nothing to re-enter: your products, prices and quantities are already there, ready to sell at the counter.

Step 02

Open your session and start selling

Open your till with your starting float, scan or search for products, take cash or card payments, and hand over an emailed or printed receipt. The till calculates change and records every sale.

Step 03

Cash up and review

At the end of the day, cash up in one step and get your detailed Z report, with cash discrepancies always visible. Review any past session and track your share of in-store versus online sales.

Questions? We have answers.

View all FAQs

Is my till SCE 2.0-compliant?

No. The Eazyclick till is not a certified registered cash register system (SCE) under FPS Finance's hospitality rules: it's designed for retail. If you serve meals and exceed €25 000 excl. VAT a year in restaurant services, you must use a certified SCE: keep it.

Is a cash register mandatory for a shop in Belgium?

No, outside hospitality. A retail shop does not have to use a cash register, but must keep a receipts journal with at least one entry per day. Only establishments serving meals with more than €25,000 excl. VAT per year in restaurant services must use a certified SCE registered cash register.

What hardware do I need for the POS?

A computer, tablet or phone with a browser and internet connection. For card payments, a SumUp terminal controlled by the POS: the amount appears without re-entering it. For paper receipts, an 80 mm thermal printer. Your project manager checks your hardware before launch.

How much does the Point of sale module cost?

Setup costs €290 once. The subscription is then €59/month over 12 months or €49/month over 24 months. The till, sessions, Z closing report, receipts and shared stock with your shop are included. No commission is taken: all counter takings are yours.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

Do I need the E-commerce module already?

Yes. Point of sale relies on the Full e-commerce module, which holds its shared catalogue and stock: without an online shop, there are no products or stock to sell at the counter. If you don't have it yet, your project manager sets up E-commerce and Point of sale together in one onboarding process.

Can I transfer data from my old till?

Yes. Your products, prices and quantities are those of your Eazyclick shop: once the catalogue is set up, the POS uses it directly. Nothing needs re-importing into the POS. Your project manager transfers your existing catalogue with you, then activates the counter on that same foundation.

How are payments taken at the counter?

By card or cash. The till directly controls your payment terminal: the amount appears without re-entry, and the till records the payment method and amount. Money goes straight to you, never through us, with no commission. The till handles change calculations and receipts.

Does my till comply with Belgian VAT rules?

The receipt includes the required VAT information: VAT number, date and time, breakdown by rate and total incl. VAT. Our point of sale is designed for retail. A hospitality venue exceeding €25 000 in restaurant services per year must use a certified Belgian registered cash register system (SCE): keep yours and discuss it with your accountant.

Can I have several tills?

Yes, you can create and name several tills (for example 'Counter 1' and 'Town centre shop'). Each till has one session at a time, with its own opening, sales and Z closing report. Your back office holds each till's history, with details of sessions and discrepancies.
