B2B website design for industrial SMEs

Your industrial expertise, finally clear online

A B2B website for industrial SMEs and trade suppliers: your products and technical data sheets in several languages, every quote request in your CRM, and your quotes and Peppol invoices all from the same tool.

  • From €69/month
  • Support from start to finish

Run your B2B business from one tool

From quote request to Peppol invoice, every stage of the sale is tracked in one place, so your sales team knows where every opportunity stands.

Every quote request in your pipeline

A buyer fills in a product page form: their request arrives in your CRM with the product, quantity and company details. See current offers and their value at a glance.

No forgotten offers

Import your trade show contacts in one file, and follow up every unanswered offer on the scheduled date. Each morning, your sales team knows who to call back.

Peppol invoices, checked before sending

Since 1 January 2026, your invoices to Belgian businesses go through Peppol, the e-invoicing network. The customer's company number, VAT and format are checked before sending, from the same tool as your quotes.

Lamina is a medtech start-up based in Strasbourg… our resources are limited and we have little time available to build a website. Easy click ticked both boxes: a reasonable budget and an informative, clear, elegant website without wasting time… I highly recommend Easy click….

We asked Eazyclick to build the Derma Score website entirely from scratch. The team was very proactive throughout, offering many recommendations and improvements while listening closely to our needs and positioning.

The result is a professional, clear website perfectly aligned with the image we wanted for Derma Score. We are already seeing strong results in visibility and incoming enquiries. A very positive collaboration!

What industrial buyers look for on your website

They compare three suppliers before picking up the phone. They choose the one that answers their technical questions without making them wait.

Get found in the right searches

Buyers search for a product, standard or process, rarely your name.

  • A page for every range
Each product family has its own page, with applications and standards.
  • By country and language
A version for each market, in French, Dutch, English or German.
  • Technical data sheets
Downloadable PDFs that Google and AI assistants can read.

Every page leads to a quote request.

Proof before the first call

Buyers are committing their company: they need reassurance.

  • Certifications
Visible standards and approvals, with their documents.
  • References
The clients and sectors you serve, with their permission.
  • Reviews & testimonials
Named customer feedback on your website and Google listing.

Real evidence, beyond promises.

A consistent brand across every subsidiary

A website, brochures and exhibition stand that look unrelated undermine your credibility.

  • Brand guidelines
Colours, typography and tone of voice shared by all your teams.
  • Materials
Brochures, product sheets and stands that follow the same design framework as your website.
  • Subsidiaries
Each country creates its materials from the same guidelines.

That's what we did for Deltrian, from the building facade to the trucks.

What makes a good B2B website for an industrial SME?

A B2B website doesn't close a sale in one click: it supports a decision made by several people over several weeks. Buyers, engineering teams and management each look for their own answers before contacting you.

A product catalogue organised around how your customers search

By application, sector or standard, rather than internal reference. Each product has its own page: applications, specifications, downloadable documents and a quote request button. If you also sell online, the E-commerce module manages your catalogue, variants and stock.

Qualified quote requests, without lost emails

The form asks for what your sales team needs: product, quantity, lead time, country and company number. The request arrives in CRM Pro on the company record, with the page it came from. Offers, follow-ups and history stay in one place.

A multilingual website for every market

In Belgium, manufacturers often sell in French, Dutch and English, sometimes German. Each language has its own URLs and copy, so Google shows it in the right country. The Booster pack includes three languages; the Deltrian website has 13 versions in seven languages.

Pages that answer technical questions

Standards, compatibility, maintenance, lead times: these are the questions people ask on the phone. Published on your website, they attract specific searches from real buyers, and AI assistants pick them up. That's the role of the SEO Boost module.

Your industry & B2B solution

CRM Pro organises your enquiries and offers, Quotes & invoices sends your invoices via Peppol, and AI agents handle follow-ups for you. Everything connects to your website.

Connect your B2B website to your tools without changing everything

Already have accounting software or an ERP? Your website doesn't need to replace it: it connects to it.

Peppol e-invoicing

Since 1 January 2026, invoices between VAT-registered businesses in Belgium are exchanged in a structured format through the Peppol network. The Quotes & invoices module checks each invoice before sending. Our Peppol guide explains what has changed.

Your accounting and ERP

Eazyclick integrates with Exact Online, Octopus, Yuki and Odoo: your accountant keeps their tools, and you never enter the same data twice. If you're choosing between a full ERP and a lighter tool, read our Eazyclick or Odoo comparison.

One point of contact, from logo to website

Your identity, website and sales tools are designed by the same team, who support your project after launch. For Deltrian, three workshops established the diagnosis before we designed the logo, brand guidelines and international website.

How do you create your industrial business website?

Why choose between speed, quality and price? With Eazyclick, you don't have to compromise.

How much does a B2B website for a small industrial business cost?

Our packs start at €69/month excl. VAT (KickStarter, 24-month commitment). A small industrial business selling in several countries often chooses Booster: a bespoke website with up to 15 pages in 3 languages, two business modules and a project manager, for €299/month excl. VAT and €1,490 setup.

Can my B2B website have several languages?

Yes. GlowUp includes two languages and Booster three; additional languages are quoted separately. Each language has its own URLs and copy so Google shows it in the right country. Air filter manufacturer Deltrian's website has 13 versions in seven languages.

Can my price enquiries go into my CRM?

Yes. The form on each product page sends the enquiry to CRM Pro, on the company record, with the product, quantity and source page. Your sales team then tracks the offer in a pipeline, with follow-ups and conversation history.

Does the website handle mandatory Peppol invoicing?

Yes, with the Quotes & invoices module. Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian VAT-registered businesses go through Peppol, the e-invoicing network. The module checks the customer's company number, VAT and format before sending, and integrates with Exact Online, Octopus, Yuki or Odoo.

What makes Eazyclick a new-generation digital agency rather than a traditional agency or freelancer?

We originally grew out of Caracal, an agency working with larger organisations.

Since 2012, we often met small businesses we simply could not serve with the best return on investment: too much bespoke work and time for a budget that could not stretch that far.

Eazyclick answers that problem: a product designed 100% for small businesses.

Website, SEO, branding and digital strategy: our services come together in one place. To go further, we also develop our own modules, such as booking, quote creation and invoicing, connected directly to your website.

One team manages everything, with package prices you know from the start. That is a new-generation agency.

How much does a digital agency cost today, and how does your pricing work?

Most agencies say "it depends", then leave you waiting three weeks for a vague quote.

At Eazyclick, we've built precise processes since 2012 to offer clear prices without guesswork. That's why we publish them directly on our website, starting on the homepage.

Choose the pack that matches your goals and know what you're paying and what you're getting before the first call.

Three packs, KickStarter, GlowUp and Booster, plus optional modules from €19/month with a 24-month commitment.

And e-commerce? It can be included in a GlowUp or Booster plan, depending on your project and goals.
