Website design for architects

Your architecture website can do more than look good

An architecture website that showcases your projects full screen, brings in qualified enquiries and connects your fees to your quotes and invoices. Designed and supported by your project manager in Uccle.

  • From €69/month
  • Support from start to finish

What makes an architecture website different?

You don't need to build a cathedral: a good website gets to the point. It showcases your work, guides the eye and builds trust without overdoing it. Simple, clear and effective.

An identity that reflects your architecture

Your website should reflect your architectural vision, not just showcase your work.

  • Express your signature style: minimalist, contemporary, organic…
  • Keep things clear to give each project its due
  • Control every detail: rhythm, materials, typography

The aim: create a website that conveys your architectural approach and inspires confidence at first glance.

For the Thorgal saga, our team developed an immersive website recognised by Awwwards.

Content that showcases your work

A good website makes people want to discover your architecture.

To achieve that, you need:

  • Large images.
Carefully composed perspectives, details and atmosphere
  • Words that tell your projects' stories.
Your choices, approach, constraints and solutions
  • An authentic voice: simple, accessible and true to your vision

The aim: also share your background, your approach and the craftspeople who bring each of your projects to life.

What should an architecture website include?

Projects first: each with its context, your role (concept design, planning permission, site supervision), photos and, if available, plans or models. Then your approach, team, references and an appointment request form that qualifies the project: property type, municipality, budget and timeline. A client who has read all this comes to the first meeting knowing why they chose you.

How can you show ongoing projects without revealing the plans?

By showing the process rather than the file: sketches, models, materials, a carefully framed site photo and a few lines about the challenge. That is what MAKET does, showing the model before construction starts. You choose what is public for each project; the rest can live in a private client area.

What rules apply to an architect's website in Belgium?

Checked in September 2026. General guidance: the Belgian Order of Architects remains the reference for your own situation.

  • Dignified, restrained advertising. The Belgian Order of Architects allows advertising on this condition: your work and your approach, yes; disparaging a fellow architect, no.
  • Disclosures for a regulated profession. Alongside your contact details and enterprise number, state your professional title, the country that awarded it and the Council of the Order with which you are registered (Code of Economic Law, Art. III.74).
  • Your insurance. Architects must have professional liability insurance (Law of 9 May 2019), as well as ten-year liability insurance for housing (Law of 31 May 2017). Many clients ask about it: make it clear.

Fees, hours and invoices in one place

Your fee proposal becomes a quote signed online (Quotes & invoices), hours are tracked by project phase (Projects & time tracking), and fee statements become invoices sent in Peppol format to your business clients. You finally know what each commission earns you. Obligations, timeline and registration: it is all in our Peppol in Belgium guide.

Get found by clients in your area

Most searches are local: "architect Uccle", "renovation architect Namur". A page for each service, projects grouped by municipality, a polished Google profile and regular reviews make the difference. Our SEO team handles it with you; SEO Boost publishes content for your practice every month, from €99/month. Why keep publishing articles? Find out whether blogging is still relevant. To identify searches in your field, a keyword tool such as Haloscan is enough to get started; if you are based in the capital, also see how to create your website in Brussels.

Architects who entrusted us with their website

Trustpilot

Eazyclick is a company you can trust. They built our website with exactly the vision, design and usability we had in mind! The price was agreed and honoured, and communication was smooth and very pleasant from start to finish. The most amazing thing is that we're in the south of France and they're in Belgium, and everything was perfect without ever meeting! So wherever you are, you can trust them.

We asked Eazyclick by Caracal to create a new website for our business. Very satisfied with their work and the support throughout the project. First, they immediately proposed a design that reflected our ideas and matched the image we wanted for our company. The website is also very easy to use and intuitive. We really appreciated how responsive and available they were when we had questions. An agency we'd recommend! (translated from French)

We worked with Eazy Click to update our website, which was no longer suited to the other platforms connected to it. We thank the Eazy Click team for their efficiency.

Technical essentials for an architecture website

The Eazyclick ecosystem, your central platform

No more juggling Wix, WordPress and ten subscriptions. The Eazyclick ecosystem brings together everything you need to edit your website, find your enquiries and track your results.

AI tools at your fingertips: no barriers between you and your content.

  • Simple editing
Edit your website, Google profile and social media from one dashboard, with no technical skills needed.
  • Built-in CRM
Leads, forms and quotes kept in the same client record, making them easy to sort and follow up.
  • Protection against hacking
Your website is protected from the outset by our infrastructure and cybersecurity expertise, built since 2012.
  • Long-term visibility
Your website, Google Business Profile and social media in one place, for better results on Google and ChatGPT over time.

High-performing design

A slow website or poor mobile experience drives visitors away in 3 seconds.

Google confirms it, and so do your visitors. Your website should:

  • Loading time
Load quickly (ideally in under 2 seconds)
  • Responsive
Be perfectly readable on a smartphone, tablet and computer
  • Speed standards
Meet speed, stability and interactivity requirements, with a PageSpeed Insights score of at least 80.

A rock-solid strategy

An architecture website needs a strategic purpose: attract the right projects, showcase your vision and turn visitors into clients.

  • SEO
Appear on Google and ChatGPT for searches such as “renovation architect Brussels”.
  • Advertising and social media
A link in your Instagram bio, a Google Ads campaign or Pinterest content pointing to your website is essential to turn clicks into clients.
  • External platforms
Build a real presence on Houzz by making your projects easy to share and presenting a professional image.

How much does an architect's website cost?

A one-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months at Eazyclick (KickStarter). For a bespoke portfolio with up to 6 pages and the full CRM, choose GlowUp at €149/month; Booster (€299/month) adds monthly SEO and two business modules. Quotes & invoices costs from €35/month over 24 months (€44 over 12 months), plus a one-off €190 setup fee; Projects & time tracking starts at €19/month. Your project manager gives you an exact price.

How many projects should I show in my portfolio?

Eight well-presented projects are better than thirty thumbnails. Choose projects similar to the work you want to attract, and present each with its context, your role and good photos. You can then add new projects yourself; we train you to do so.

Can I show ongoing projects without publishing the plans?

Yes. Choose what's public for each project: sketches, models, materials, carefully framed site photos and a few lines about the challenge. Plans and working documents can stay in a private client area, outside the public website.

Can my website be in French and Dutch?

Yes. Your website can be bilingual, or trilingual with English, with an address for each language so Google presents the right version to each visitor. You supply the copy or we arrange translation; your project manager checks consistency between the two versions.

How can customers in my municipality find me?

With pages for each type of work, projects organised by municipality, a complete Google Business Profile and regular reviews. Our SEO team prepares this structure with you; the SEO Boost module then publishes monthly content for your practice, from €99/month.

What makes Eazyclick a new-generation digital agency rather than a traditional agency or freelancer?

We originally grew out of Caracal, an agency working with larger organisations.

Since 2012, we often met small businesses we simply could not serve with the best return on investment: too much bespoke work and time for a budget that could not stretch that far.

Eazyclick answers that problem: a product designed 100% for small businesses.

Website, SEO, branding and digital strategy: our services come together in one place. To go further, we also develop our own modules, such as booking, quote creation and invoicing, connected directly to your website.

One team manages everything, with package prices you know from the start. That is a new-generation agency.

How much does a digital agency cost today, and how does your pricing work?

Most agencies say "it depends", then leave you waiting three weeks for a vague quote.

At Eazyclick, we've built precise processes since 2012 to offer clear prices without guesswork. That's why we publish them directly on our website, starting on the homepage.

Choose the pack that matches your goals and know what you're paying and what you're getting before the first call.

Three packs, KickStarter, GlowUp and Booster, plus optional modules from €19/month with a 24-month commitment.

And e-commerce? It can be included in a GlowUp or Booster plan, depending on your project and goals.
