One credit is worth €0.01 excl. VAT: 1,000 credits cost €10 excl. VAT. Your plan includes credits, and you top up when you need more.

Your website, your modules, your quotes and invoices work without credits. Only actions carried out by artificial intelligence use them.

Answering your questions is free. Ziggy shows the price before any action; a change to your website is estimated before it is sent.

A fixed price per action, however long the computation takes. The same prices as in the Credits tab of your software.

What Ziggy Sales does on its own in the CRM never exceeds 50 credits a day. You set that cap.

Transcribed in Notes, per minute started. A 30-minute meeting: 60 credits.

50 emails summarised and 20 replies suggested.

For example 100 texts rewritten, or 33 images, or 4 hours of meetings transcribed.
How many you get
Every plan includes credits. They are used before your purchased credits.

Need more? Add a credit pack, at a flat price.

- Purchased credits stay valid for 12 months after purchase.
- 21 % VAT is added at purchase.
- You are notified when 80 % of your included credits are used, then at zero.
- Automatic top-up is off by default. Only the account owner can top up.
Out of credits? Only the AI feature stops, with a « Top up » button. Your website and your modules keep working.

What is a credit?
A credit is the unit that pays for the AI features of your modules: adding or redoing a page, creating an image, rewriting a text, summarising an email, transcribing a meeting. Each action has its price in credits, shown on this page. Your plan includes credits, and what is included is used first. Ziggy, your advisor, and the work of our team never use your credits.
How much do credits cost?
A pack of 1,000 credits costs €10 excl. VAT, at a flat price; two larger packs exist at the same price per credit. Before buying any, you use those of your plan: 300 during the trial, 500 a month with Spark, 3,000 a month with Boost.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Only the AI feature stops, never your website or your modules. You are notified before you reach zero, then at zero. You top up whenever you like with a credit pack; automatic top-up is off by default. And everything remains possible « By hand », free of charge.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits stay valid for 12 months after purchase. The credits included in your plan renew every month, without carry-over, and are always used before your purchased credits.
Does asking Ziggy a question cost credits?
No. Answering your questions is free. Ziggy shows the price before any action that uses credits, and a change to your website is estimated before it is sent.
Does the team’s work use my credits?
Never. Onboarding and support hours are done by our team, without touching your credits. You keep your credits for your own changes.
Can the CRM drain my credits on its own?
No. What Ziggy Sales does on its own in the CRM is capped at 50 credits a day, and you set that cap. CRM alerts cost nothing.
