Website design for non-profits and associations

A non-profit that's better understood, supported and managed

Your website explains your mission, recruits volunteers, receives online donations and collects membership fees. It also displays the information Belgium's Code of Companies and Associations requires of an ASBL.

  • From €69/month
  • Support from start to finish

What a website should do for a non-profit

Donors, members, volunteers, funding bodies: each comes looking for something different. Your website answers them without your board spending its evenings on it.

Explain your mission

Donors give to a cause they understand.

  • Your mission
In one sentence, then on one page.
  • Your work
Current projects, results and photos from the field.
  • Your accounts
Activity reports and annual accounts, if you publish them.

Transparency is the first reason to give.

Receive donations

A complicated form loses donations.

  • One-off or monthly donations
    The donor chooses.
  • Campaigns
A target, a progress bar, an end date.
  • Tax certificate
For approved ASBLs, from €40 per year.

Donors join your database with their donation history.

Keep your members engaged

Membership fees and communication take up a huge amount of time.

  • Membership fees
    Paid online, with automatic reminders.
  • Members area
Documents, minutes and a members-only calendar.
  • Volunteers
A form to sign up for activities.

Fewer bank transfers to reconcile, more time for your cause.

What legal information belongs on an ASBL's website?

Article 2:20 of Belgium's Code of Companies and Associations requires every website issued by a legal entity to state its name, legal form (“association sans but lucratif”, meaning non-profit association, or “ASBL”), precise registered office address, company number, the words “registre des personnes morales” (register of legal entities) or “RPM” followed by the court for its registered office and, where applicable, its email address and website. We place these in the footer of every page. An unincorporated association without legal personality is not covered by this article.

Online donations and tax certificate 281.71

An ASBL approved by FPS Finance issues a tax certificate (form 281.71) to donors who give at least €40 over the year; they then qualify for 30% tax relief on donations made since 1 January 2025. Since 2024, the institution must request the donor's national register number to prepare the certificate. The Donations & memberships module receives one-off and monthly donations and prepares certificates; the Donation tax certificates guide explains the rules.

Membership fees and members area

Membership fees are paid online, with an automatic reminder when due. The Members area restricts documents, minutes and the internal calendar to logged-in members, with no per-member fee.

A very good experience with Eazyclick creating the Black Kats website.

The team quickly understood our world and expectations, and did more than simply execute the initial brief. They went further, notably helping us identify and develop elements still missing from our visual identity.

Communication was straightforward and efficient, and the team always listened. The final result really meets our expectations.

We recommend them!

The technical essentials for a non-profit website

The Eazyclick ecosystem, your central platform

No more juggling Wix, WordPress and ten subscriptions. The Eazyclick ecosystem brings everything you need to update your website, find your enquiries and track your results together in one place.

AI tools at your fingertips: nothing stands between you and your content.

  • Simple editing
update your website, Google listing and social media from one dashboard, with no technical skills needed.
  • Built-in CRM
leads, forms and quotes stored in the same customer record, making them easy to sort and follow up.
  • Protection from hackers
your website is protected from the outset by our infrastructure and cybersecurity expertise, built since 2012.
  • Lasting visibility
your website, Google Business Profile and social media in one place, for better results on Google and ChatGPT over time.

High-performance design

A slow website or a poor mobile experience drives visitors away in 3 seconds. Google confirms it, and so do your visitors. Your website needs to:

  • Loading time
load quickly (ideally in under 2 seconds)
  • Responsive
be perfectly readable on smartphones, tablets and computers
  • Speed standard
Deliver speed, stability and interactivity, with a score of at least 80 on PageSpeed Insights.

A rock-solid strategy

A non-profit website should inform, mobilise and turn visitors into members, volunteers or donors.

  • SEO
Get found on Google and ChatGPT for searches such as “non-profit Brussels”.
  • Advertising and social media
An Instagram bio link, Meta campaigns or storytelling can generate support.
  • External platforms
Donation platforms and association networks strengthen your impact and visibility.

Your website from €69/month excl. VAT, on a 24-month commitment, plus a one-off €249 setup fee.

What legal details must appear on a Belgian non-profit's website?

Under Article 2:20 of Belgium's Code of Companies and Associations: the name, legal form (ASBL, a non-profit association), registered office address, business registration number, “RPM” (Register of Legal Entities) followed by the court for the registered office and, where applicable, the email and website addresses. We place them in the footer.

Can my Belgian non-profit association (ASBL) receive online donations?

Yes. With the Donations & memberships module (free setup, then €24/month), donors give once or monthly from your website, through a campaign or an unrestricted donation. Eazyclick takes no commission; only your payment provider's fees apply.

Can my donors receive a tax certificate?

Yes, if your ASBL non-profit is approved by the FPS Finance and the donor has given at least €40 during the year. The module prepares 281.71 certificates; the donor's national register number, mandatory since 2024, is requested in the donation form.

How much does a non-profit website cost?

A single-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months (KickStarter), and a bespoke website with the complete CRM at €149/month (GlowUp). Add donations and membership fees for €24/month with no setup fee; a members area costs €190, then €44/month.

What makes Eazyclick a new-generation digital agency rather than a traditional agency or freelancer?

We originally grew out of Caracal, an agency working with larger organisations.

Since 2012, we often met small businesses we simply could not serve with the best return on investment: too much bespoke work and time for a budget that could not stretch that far.

Eazyclick answers that problem: a product designed 100% for small businesses.

Website, SEO, branding and digital strategy: our services come together in one place. To go further, we also develop our own modules, such as booking, quote creation and invoicing, connected directly to your website.

One team manages everything, with package prices you know from the start. That is a new-generation agency.

How much does a digital agency cost today, and how does your pricing work?

Most agencies say "it depends", then leave you waiting three weeks for a vague quote.

At Eazyclick, we've built precise processes since 2012 to offer clear prices without guesswork. That's why we publish them directly on our website, starting on the homepage.

Choose the pack that matches your goals and know what you're paying and what you're getting before the first call.

Three packs, KickStarter, GlowUp and Booster, plus optional modules from €19/month with a 24-month commitment.

And e-commerce? It can be included in a GlowUp or Booster plan, depending on your project and goals.
