Branding
How much does creating a brand identity cost?
Between €1,500 and €8,000, depending on complexity and the deliverables you want. A freelancer may charge less, with less strategic rigour and fewer guarantees on deadlines. A large corporate branding agency may do more, with fees that do not fit a small business's needs. At Eazyclick, our plans start at €400, with a detailed quote before any commitment. What you see in the quote is what you pay.
How long does a branding project take?
For a standard project (complete visual identity + brand guidelines), allow 3 to 5 weeks. Projects with extensive applications or a full rebrand can take 6 to 8 weeks. This includes revision rounds.
I already have a logo. Can you just update it?
Yes. We call it a brand refresh or partial rebrand. We start with what you have, identify what still works and fix what's holding your brand reputation back.
It's often faster and more affordable than branding from scratch.
Do I own the files on delivery?
Yes, completely and permanently. All source files (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF) are handed over at final delivery. Eazyclick retains no rights to your visual identity. You can use it with any other provider after delivery, without restriction.
How does Eazyclick differ from a traditional branding agency?
A traditional branding agency often means a lengthy process, a large budget and a different contact at every stage. Effective for large organisations, but excessive and often ill-suited to an SME. Eazyclick offers a collaborative approach with a multidisciplinary team (brand strategy, graphic design, copywriting, digital development), transparent pricing and ordering in 2 clicks.
Choosing Eazyclick
How do I know if Eazyclick is right for me?
Eazyclick is for you if you want a quality website without building it yourself or investing a large budget. Before Eazyclick, you had two options: use a no-code tool to build your own website, or work with an agency whose fees could be high. Eazyclick combines the best of both worlds: affordable websites created by designers. And as your business grows, the tools to manage your customers are already there.
How do I know which solution is best for me?
It all depends on your goals and the level of support you want.
- KickStarter if you want to launch a professional online presence quickly, with the essentials to be visible and credible.
- GlowUp if you want to go further with a bespoke website designed to generate enquiries, and the full CRM to track them.
- Booster if you want comprehensive support: a premium bespoke website, digital strategy, SEO Boost and two business modules of your choice.
And e-commerce? It integrates with GlowUp or Booster, depending on your project.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can move from KickStarter to GlowUp, then Booster, as your business needs change. Your content moves with you, and you can add a module at any time.
Do you work with my sector?
Yes. More than 60 professions already have a page at Eazyclick, from architects to restaurants and physiotherapists. Can't find yours? Let's talk: every website is designed for your business, and your project manager helps you choose useful modules.
What is the relationship between Eazyclick and Caracal?
Caracal is Eazyclick's parent company, providing more advanced technical solutions and digital support.
What makes Eazyclick a new-generation digital agency rather than a traditional agency or freelancer?
We originally grew out of Caracal, an agency working with larger organisations.
Since 2012, we often met small businesses we simply could not serve with the best return on investment: too much bespoke work and time for a budget that could not stretch that far.
Eazyclick answers that problem: a product designed 100% for small businesses.
Website, SEO, branding and digital strategy: our services come together in one place. To go further, we also develop our own modules, such as booking, quote creation and invoicing, connected directly to your website.
One team manages everything, with package prices you know from the start. That is a new-generation agency.
Do I need to juggle several providers for different services?
No. You have one point of contact: your project manager, whether for your website, SEO or branding. Someone you can reach who really knows your project.
Everything starts with your digital strategy: the starting point for defining your goals, priorities and budget.
Then a single team handles every aspect: your website from start to finish, your visibility on Google & AI, bespoke design & branding, the content that keeps it all alive over time, and the modules that manage your customers, quotes and invoices.
Do you only work with Belgian businesses, or elsewhere in the French-speaking world too?
We're based in Brussels, but our reach doesn't stop at the Belgian border.
Eazyclick also operates in France and Switzerland, with an approach adapted to each market's specific needs.
What exactly is SEO Boost?
SEO Boost is our monthly SEO content service. Production uses AI for speed, but every piece is then reviewed, corrected and approved by our team before publication on your website.
Benefit from AI's speed without sacrificing quality.
Keep your SEO fuelled month after month, without writing a single line.
Why content still matters: our analysis of blogging.
Create your website
Will I be able to manage and update my website content?
We give you the tools to add and edit your website's text and visual content with 100% independence, using an intuitive content management system.
Do I need to know how to code to edit my website?
No. Your admin interface is simple and designed for you. Training is included in every plan: an expert shows you how to update your text, images and offers independently.
If you'd rather manage nothing, our maintenance packs take care of it: send the content and we'll do the rest.
Improving my SEO with Eazyclick: what are the options?
Your website is technically optimised from launch. To go further, SEO Boost adds optimised content every month, written with AI and reviewed by our team. It is included in Booster and available as an option with other packages, from €99/month.
We recommend it because SEO results come from both technical work and content.
Can I see a preview or mock-up of my website before finalising the project?
Yes. Follow your website's progress in your customer area and approve it before it goes live.
What security and performance guarantees do you offer for your websites?
Every website is tested before launch: speed, mobile display and security. We never publish a website we are not confident in, and your project manager remains available to fix any technical issue.
How long does it take to launch my website?
Allow 14 days with KickStarter, around 1 month with GlowUp and around 2 months with Booster. Your project manager gives you the precise schedule during the launch call.
Do I need to handle technical work or SEO after launch?
No, we take care of it.
We handle every technical and SEO aspect of your website. You have nothing to manage.
Eazyclick for agencies
Do you offer ongoing support after the website goes live?
Yes. Our maintenance packs provide ongoing support for website optimisation, updates and smooth operation, allowing agencies to focus on growth without technical worries.
How quickly can a website go live with Eazyclick?
Our optimised process gets websites live quickly: allow 14 days with KickStarter, around 1 month with GlowUp and around 2 months with Booster, with polished design and effective SEO.
How can an agency work with Eazyclick?
The websites we deliver remain Eazyclick websites. Agencies can work with us in two ways. As a subcontracting partner, at agency-only rates, delivering Eazyclick websites and modules to clients. Or as an Eazyclick Partner: recommend Eazyclick to your clients and earn a referral commission for each client introduced.
What customisation is available with Design Push-Up?
Our Design Push-Up service enhances standard websites with flexible layout adjustments, reorganised sections and bespoke design touches. This upgrade guarantees a unique, premium finish that showcases your client's image.
How does Eazyclick help agencies deliver customised websites?
Eazyclick lets agencies expand their digital offering without extra workload. We provide high-quality websites, fully customised and branded. Every website is a bespoke project, from a single page to multi-page solutions. Eazyclick handles all technical development with a dedicated team.
Fees
Is the advertised price the final price?
Yes, for the pack: the price on the website is the price on your quote. Only extras you choose are added: a module, a maintenance pack or an external service such as a premium domain name. Everything is written in the quote before you sign.
Hosting and maintenance are included in your subscription, with a 12- or 24-month commitment. With a one-off purchase, they cost €450 per year.
To see how these amounts compare with the market, read our guide to website prices in Belgium.
Will I own my website if I work with Eazyclick?
Once your website is complete, you receive access and can manage it independently. However, if you want full ownership, an intellectual property fee is payable to Eazyclick.
I need support beyond the 2 hours included in the basic plan. How does that work?
Every plan includes 2 hours of free support and a 1-month warranty. You can also subscribe to a maintenance plan tailored to your needs. Every quote includes an optional maintenance plan you can choose to add to your website. You can then leave any changes to us with peace of mind.
What costs should I plan for after launch?
Let's be frank: a website is an ongoing investment. Like a house, if you do not maintain and update it regularly, it will become outdated. You need to budget for maintenance as well as customer acquisition. Whether you choose SEO or paid search to generate traffic, you need a budget for either.
How can I measure my website's success once it is live, and do you offer tools or services for this?
Your Eazyclick dashboard shows website visits, enquiries received and where your contacts come from. You see what your website brings you, beyond simply how many people visit.
To go further (campaign tracking, conversion funnels, exportable reports), add the Analytics Pro module to KickStarter. It is included in GlowUp and Booster.
What is your policy on revisions or changes after website delivery?
After website delivery, you receive 2 included maintenance hours that can be used for revisions and changes. Once those 2 maintenance hours are used, you can either edit the content yourself or get additional support through our maintenance packs.
How much does a digital agency cost today, and how does your pricing work?
Most agencies say "it depends", then leave you waiting three weeks for a vague quote.
At Eazyclick, we've built precise processes since 2012 to offer clear prices without guesswork. That's why we publish them directly on our website, starting on the homepage.
Choose the pack that matches your goals and know what you're paying and what you're getting before the first call.
Three packs, KickStarter, GlowUp and Booster, plus optional modules from €19/month with a 24-month commitment.
And e-commerce? It can be included in a GlowUp or Booster plan, depending on your project and goals.
What does the mini-CRM included in KickStarter do?
Every enquiry sent through your website arrives in a customer record: name, message, date and originating page. See who contacted you and never lose another lead in your inbox.
When you want to track deals and follow-ups, move to the full CRM in the GlowUp pack.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Add modules to any package when you need them: bookings, point of sale, e-commerce, reviews… They use the same customer record as your website. Your project manager activates them with you.
Is Peppol invoicing included in the packs?
No. Sending invoices in Peppol format requires the Quotes & invoices module, available as an add-on to any pack: from €35/month over 24 months (€44 over 12 months), plus a one-off setup fee of €190. With Booster, it can also be one of your 2 chosen business modules.
Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian businesses must go through Peppol. The module creates quotes and invoices in the same tool as your CRM and sends invoices in the correct format.
I already have invoicing software. Do I need to change it?
No. Quotes & invoices is optional: keep your current tool and use Eazyclick for your website and CRM. If you prefer to centralise everything, your project manager activates the module and helps transfer your customers and quote templates.
Which business modules can I choose with Booster?
Two modules from the Eazyclick ecosystem, depending on your business: Quotes & invoices, Bookings & appointments, Menus, Loyalty, Point of sale, Reviews & testimonials, Real estate… Only the most extensive modules (Full e-commerce, Hotel booking, Agents & automation) remain optional, at a preferential rate.
Your project manager helps you choose during the kickoff call, then sets them up with you. Analytics Pro, your dashboard, is included as well. Add other modules individually whenever you need them.
Google & AI search
Why choose a local SEO agency over a national one?
A local agency knows local search behaviour, Belgian media useful for link building and the nuances of the market.
How much does an SEO agency cost?
Rates vary enormously, from around a hundred euros per month for minimal support to several thousand for a complete strategy. What really matters is return on investment: how much each euro brings you in qualified customers. Our offers are built around that goal.
How long does it take to see SEO results?
SEO isn't advertising: results build over time. You generally see the first movement within 2 to 3 months, and significant results between 6 and 12 months. The timing depends on your sector, competition for your keywords, your website's current state and the intensity of the strategy implemented.
What SEO services do you offer?
SEO audits, optimised content writing, technical SEO, local SEO and Google Maps, GEO, video SEO, SXO, online reputation, link building and Analytics tracking. Available as a package or individually to suit your needs and budget.
And with SEO Boost, our AI-agent SEO service, you receive content drafted with AI and reviewed by the team every month.
How do I choose the right SEO agency?
Be wary of guaranteed results and long contracts without transparency. A good SEO agency explains what it does, why and how it measures results. It starts by understanding your business, not by sending a generic proposal.
What is SEO Boost?
SEO Boost is our AI-agent SEO service. AI agents analyse your key searches and draft content every month. Our team reviews, adjusts and publishes it on your website. The result: a website that stays active and visible on Google and in ChatGPT or Perplexity answers, with no workload for you. SEO Boost starts from €99/month.
Do Google reviews matter for SEO?
Yes, especially locally. Review count, rating and recency affect your Google Maps ranking. The Local reputation module sends a review request after every appointment or order, and you reply to all your reviews from one screen.
Hospitality
How much does a restaurant website cost?
An Eazyclick restaurant website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months with the KickStarter pack (€249 setup): a professional, responsive website, listed on Google and supported by your project manager. Add an online menu with its 14 allergens and QR code with no setup fee, for €24/month (€19/month over 24 months). GlowUp (from €149/month) upgrades to a fully bespoke website with the full CRM; Booster (from €299/month) adds premium SEO and management tools.
How quickly can my website go live?
Your website can go live as soon as 14 days after the first call, depending on how long you need to approve the copy and photos. Your project manager publishes your menu with you and trains you to edit it independently afterwards. See how your project unfolds.
Can I keep my cash register?
Yes. Eazyclick does not replace your SCE-certified register: keep it, while your website, menu, bookings and reviews run alongside it. Above €25,000 in annual catering services, the law requires a certified register, and SCE 2.0 for every new business since 1 July 2026: read our SCE 2.0 guide.
Are bookings and orders commission-free?
Yes. You pay a fixed subscription, and Eazyclick charges no commission per cover, booking or order taken on your website. You can keep a booking or delivery platform alongside it: your website simply becomes your direct channel, costing nothing extra per customer.
Does my business need an SCE registered cash register?
Yes, if your annual turnover excluding VAT from meals served and catering services, excluding drinks and takeaways, exceeds €25,000. New businesses within scope must use SCE 2.0 from 1 July 2026; existing registers must switch by 2027, 2028 or 2029 at the latest. Our SCE 2.0 guide explains everything, with official sources.
How do I display allergens on my website?
With the Menus module, tick the 14 regulated allergens for each dish: they appear on your online menu, through your tables' QR codes and on the printable PDF version. Allergen accuracy remains your responsibility, as you know your recipes. Our guide explains the 14 allergens and your obligations.
Can I sell takeaway food from my website?
Yes, with the Click & Collect module: customers order and pay on your website, choose a collection slot and are notified when their order is ready. No commission is taken on your sales, unlike delivery platforms. Your project manager helps put your takeaway products online.
Does a caterer need an SCE cash register?
Yes, once catering services exceed €25 000 excl. VAT per year (excluding drinks): the rule explicitly covers caterers providing catering services, not just restaurants. Simple takeaway food sales do not count towards this threshold. SCE 2.0 dates are detailed in our SCE 2.0 guide.
Does a bakery need to display allergens?
Yes. Bread, viennoiserie and pastries sold unpackaged are non-prepacked foods: the Royal Decree of 17 July 2014 requires you to inform customers about the 14 allergens, verbally with a sales assistant always present, or in writing. Flour (gluten), eggs, milk, nuts and sesame are the most common. See our guide to the 14 allergens.
Can guests book their room directly on my website?
Yes, with the Hotel booking module: guests choose their dates, see genuinely available rooms at seasonal rates and confirm with a deposit paid directly into your account. No commission is charged on these direct bookings. Your calendar also exports in iCal format to block dates on the platforms you keep.
Can customers book a table on my website?
Yes, with the Booking Pro module: customers book 24h/24 based on your actual availability and floor plan, and receive confirmation. Waiting lists, deposits for large tables and guest lists for evening events are included. Every booking joins the customer record, without per-cover commission.
Is there a bundle for hospitality businesses?
Yes: the Horeca package brings together the three modules most useful front of house, Menus, Bookings & appointments and Reviews & testimonials, at a bundle price lower than buying them separately. It is added to your website package. Your project manager confirms the price for your establishment during the first call.
How much does a website for my establishment cost?
An Eazyclick website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months with the KickStarter pack (€249 setup): a professional, responsive website optimised for Google and supported by your project manager. Business modules (online menu, click & collect, shop, bookings, reviews) can be added from €19/month (24-month commitment). GlowUp (from €149/month) upgrades you to a fully bespoke website with the complete CRM; Booster (from €299/month) adds premium SEO and management.
Can my customers book a service online?
Yes, with the Bookings & appointments module: customers choose a service (class, dinner at home, tasting) and an available slot, then receive confirmation and a reminder the day before. For an event requiring a quote, the enquiry arrives in your CRM with the date, guest count and dietary requirements.
Social media
What budget should I allow for social media management?
Our plans start at €990/month (24-month commitment), with 4 to 6 posts per month and a performance report. No hourly billing or month-end surprises.
A freelancer may seem cheaper initially. But an hour briefing, an hour revising, an hour publishing: it soon adds up. At Eazyclick, the price is set upfront, and every month we review progress with you against the goals we agreed at the start.
How soon can I see concrete results on social media?
We won't promise the earth. The first signs of engagement, reach and new followers usually appear within the first 4 to 8 weeks. Real business results (traffic, leads, measurable awareness) build over 3 to 6 months.
Social media is an ongoing investment. We tell you that from the start.
Do you handle content in English?
Yes, and it is not machine translation. We write proper English copy, adapted to each language's tone and the community you address. Because a post that sounds “translated” is obvious straight away.
Do you work with both B2B and B2C? Which network suits which goal?
LinkedIn is the decision-makers' network, ideal for establishing professional credibility, building B2B awareness and attracting partners or business customers. Instagram and TikTok are for consumer discovery: engagement, visibility and conversion with a wider audience.
Why a 24- or 12-month commitment?
Video content takes time to deliver results: you need to build an editorial approach, test formats and adjust based on results. This is what helps your community recognise you.
You choose a 24- or 12-month commitment. Over 24 months, the monthly price is lower: Snack Starter costs €990/month over 24 months, or €1,090/month over 12 months.
The Eazyclick ecosystem
What is the Eazyclick ecosystem?
Your website and business tools together in one place: CRM, quotes, invoices, bookings, till, reviews… Everything arriving through your website or counter enriches the same customer record.
Activate only the modules your business needs, and your project manager sets them up with you. Fewer tools, fewer subscriptions and no more re-entering data.
Do I need an Eazyclick website to use the modules?
No. Modules can also be activated without an Eazyclick website: that is often where we start, with the CRM or Quotes & invoices module (Peppol).
With an Eazyclick website, you can go further: every booking, order or enquiry goes straight into your customer record. Your project manager explains what is possible with your current website and what you would gain.
How much do modules cost? Are they included in packages?
Modules are available individually with any package, from €19/month per module with a 24-month commitment. Some are already included: a mini CRM in KickStarter, the complete CRM in GlowUp, two business modules of your choice in Booster (for example Quotes & invoices). You only pay for what you activate. Choose several and save: -10 % on subscriptions for 2 modules, -20 % from 3, and half-price setup when taken with a package over 24 months.
The Quotes & invoices module (Peppol invoicing) starts from €35/month over 24 months (€44 over 12 months), plus a one-off €190 setup fee.
Peppol e-invoicing: are you ready?
Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian businesses must go through Peppol, the e-invoicing network. The Quotes & invoices module sends your invoices in the right format, from the same tool as your quotes and CRM. It is available as an add-on (from €35/month over 24 months or €44 over 12 months, plus a one-off setup fee of €190) and is one of the modules you can choose with the Booster plan. Your project manager sets up your Peppol identity with you.
A monthly export for your accountant is included. Direct integration with your accounting software is available on quotation.
Who is affected, fines, registration: read our complete guide to Peppol in Belgium.
Will my existing contacts, products and appointments be transferred?
Yes. Your Excel file or export from your current tool imports in minutes: columns are mapped and nothing is lost. Your project manager handles this with you and also transfers your catalogue and time slots.
Who sets up the modules? Does my team need training?
Your project manager. Your first module is activated within 48 hours: they configure it with you, import your data and train your team. This support is included in your subscription. They remain your contact whenever you want to add a module.
Where is my data hosted? Is it GDPR-compliant?
Your data is hosted in Europe, in Paris, and processed in accordance with the GDPR. You retain ownership of your data and can export it at any time.
What's the difference between Eazyclick and Odoo?
Odoo is a modular ERP, billed per user per month beyond its free single-app plan, which you configure yourself or with an integrator. Eazyclick starts with your website: modules connect to it, are usually billed per website, and your project manager sets them up for you.
