How a booking works
The visitor picks the service, the person and the time slot on your website. Only free slots are shown, based on the durations and breaks you have set. Two customers cannot book the same slot.
They receive a confirmation, then a reminder before the appointment. You can also approve some requests yourself before confirming them. The appointment appears in your calendar and on the customer's record, with their history.
After the visit, a Google review request can go out with Local reputation. For the invoice or a product sale, you stay in the same tool.

Can I manage the calendars of several staff members?
Yes. The same calendar handles several practitioners, each with their own services and hours. The customer chooses the person who suits them, or takes the first available slot.
Can I approve a request before confirming it?
Yes, you choose for each service. Some are confirmed automatically, others arrive as requests to approve from your calendar. Until you agree, the slot stays blocked.
Do I need an Eazyclick website for online booking?
Yes: your customers book directly on your website, and the module is added to it. Spark includes a 4-page website, and you can choose a more complete one. Everything is managed from the same account.
Does the module take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay your subscription, and a customer who books on your website, new or regular, costs you nothing more.
Does it work for a restaurant too?
Yes. To book a table, a sitting or an evening event, Reservations handles the floor plan, deposits and the waiting list. The restaurant page shows the recommended setup.
