Local reputation module

Your Google Business Profile and reviews, under control

Your Google profile, finally under control.

Track your rating, reply to every review in one place and collect new reviews after every sale. Right where your customers actually look for you.

Trustpilot 4.6/5 — Google 5.0/5

Your Google profile often gets more views than your website: reply quickly and ask for reviews at the right moment.

Ideal for shops

Your rating affects your revenue

Your rating, review count and trend are clearly displayed. You reply to all your reviews in one place, and a request goes out automatically to your customers after every sale.

  • Instant alert when a review falls below your threshold

  • A review queue with the most urgent first

  • A QR code to display in store or on receipts

Reviews tracked, week after week

Without a tool, your reputation can slip out of your hands. Reviews arrive when you're away from your screen, some go unanswered for weeks, and an overlooked negative review puts future customers off.

Here, everything is together: your rating, review count and trend clearly displayed, replies sent from one place, alerts whenever a review falls below your threshold, and automatic review requests after every order or appointment.

The result: no forgotten reviews, replies published from one screen, and a review request sent to every customer after their order or appointment. You stay in control of your profile.

How should you reply to restaurant reviews?

Reply quickly, naming the dish or part of the service involved, without lengthy justifications or personal details. A wait or a mistake calls for an apology and direct contact; a review of a dish calls for a reply from the chef. The module alerts you to every new review and publishes your reply on Google.

Your restaurant reviews, tracked even during service

Reviews arrive in a queue, with the most urgent first, and you reply once service is over, without missing any.

  • Threshold alert
A review below your threshold triggers an immediate alert
  • Table QR code
Place it on the table or include it with the bill
  • All your customers
The request goes to every customer, without filtering out unhappy ones: Google prohibits selective review requests

And for your whole business: everything Eazyclick does for hospitality.

View all FAQs

Can you delete a negative Google review?

Not directly. A profile owner can report a review, but Google only removes reviews that break its rules: spam, fake reviews, abusive language or conflicts of interest. A review that's simply negative stays online; the best response is a quick, factual reply published from the module. See all the steps in our Google reviews guide.

How should I respond to a negative Google review?

Reply quickly and calmly: thank the reviewer, acknowledge the problem without lengthy justifications, and offer a solution and direct contact. Do not mention any personal customer data. With Local reputation, you receive an alert for every new review and reply from your dashboard; the response appears publicly beneath the review.

How much does the Local reputation module cost?

Guided setup costs a one-off €490, then €85/month excl. VAT with a 12-month commitment, or €69/month over 24 months. Add it to any plan to bring together review replies, Google profile updates and review requests, with no separate tool.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

How is this different from the Reviews & testimonials module?

The two complement each other. Reviews & testimonials collects and displays reviews on your website: a review wall and aggregate rating. Local reputation manages your presence beyond your website: your Google profile, review replies, profile updates and review requests. The first reassures visitors; the second looks after your Google rating.

Do I already need an Eazyclick website or plan?

No. The Local reputation module also works without an Eazyclick website: it runs in your Eazyclick workspace, set up by your project manager. With an Eazyclick website, you can go further: your Google review replies also appear on your website. Not a customer yet? We build your package together during an initial call.

Do I need to connect my Google account? What if I don't have a profile yet?

Yes, connect your Google Business Profile in one click, with our support. The connection automatically imports all your existing reviews and rating, with nothing to re-enter. If you don't yet have a Google profile or it's incomplete, your project manager helps you create and complete it before you start.

Can I really reply to reviews, even negative ones, from Eazyclick?

Yes. Reply to all your reviews from one queue: your reply goes onto Google, then appears on your website. A review below your threshold, for example 2 stars or fewer, triggers an instant alert. A polite, prompt reply to a negative review is the best signal you can send future customers.

How does the module help me collect reviews?

By asking every customer for a review at the right time. After an order or an attended appointment, an invitation goes out automatically by email, and you display a QR code in your shop. Every customer receives the request, without filtering out unhappy ones, because Google prohibits selectively asking for positive reviews. And nobody is asked twice.
