Website creation for beauty and wellbeing
Built for your sector,
designed for
Websites, branding, SEO, ads, content, social and the management tools your business needs: every Eazyclick solution is tailored to your sector.
A hair salon, beauty salon or spa thrives on appointments and regulars. Your website should inspire (photos of your work, atmosphere, services and prices) and let customers book on your own website, 24 hours a day, with no appointment commission and no platform displaying competitors alongside you. Eazyclick creates that website and connects it to loyalty and your Google reviews: from €69/month excl. VAT for a one-page website, €149/month for a bespoke website.

Why take appointments on your own website?
Because your customers stay yours. On a booking platform, customers also see nearby salons, and their history belongs to the platform. On your website, the appointment joins your customer database: you know who comes, when and for which service, and you can invite them back. Eazyclick takes no commission on appointments: you pay a fixed subscription.
Already using an online calendar? Your project manager transfers your services, durations and working hours, and plans the switch to the new calendar with you.
What should a salon website include?
Your services with duration and price, photos of your work, your team, address and opening hours, customer reviews and a booking button visible on every page. For a spa or beauty salon, add treatment-room services and cancellation terms.
What rules apply to a salon website in Belgium?
Three rules recur for hair salons, beauty salons and spas: display complete prices including VAT and compulsory extras; explain cancellation terms and withdrawal rights before online booking; and follow labelling rules if you sell cosmetics. Checked in September 2026: general guidance, to confirm with your federation.
- Complete, visible prices. Prices for standard services must be prominently displayed and visible from outside the salon (Royal Decree of 30/06/1996, Art. 14), including VAT and all compulsory extras, such as shampoo with a haircut. For hair salons, FPS Economy cites “prices from €…” as an incorrect example (guidelines on “Price indication in hair salons”, 17/07/2026). The same applies on your website: one service, one total price.
- Cancellation and withdrawal. An appointment booked online is a distance contract: in principle, customers have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw, and if they request treatment before then, they pay for what has been provided (FPS Economy, page dated 07/09/2026). Display cancellation terms before booking and in the confirmation.
- The cosmetics you sell. Reselling a brand's products makes you a distributor. Manufacturing, importing or having them made under your name makes you the “responsible person”: safety, technical documentation and notification on the European CPNP portal before sale. The product's function and instructions must appear in the region's language, French and Dutch in Brussels (FPS Public Health, page dated 22/06/2026).
How much does a salon website cost?
A one-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT (KickStarter), a bespoke website with the full CRM at €149/month (GlowUp). Bookings & appointments costs €290 to set up, then €59/month, with no commission per appointment; Loyalty costs €190 then €44/month. Details on the Packs page and in our guide to the cost of a website in Belgium. For customer reviews, read our Google reviews guide.
Does Eazyclick take a commission on my appointments?
No. You pay a monthly subscription for the website and Bookings & appointments module, regardless of appointment numbers. Customers book on your own website, and their details join your customer database, not a platform's.
Do my customers receive a reminder before their appointment?
Yes. Every appointment booked online triggers a confirmation, then a reminder the day before. Fewer forgotten appointments, fewer wasted slots, and customers can let you know in time if they need to reschedule.
Can I offer a loyalty card?
Yes, with the Loyalty module: customers earn points at every visit or purchase, and rewards are sent automatically when a threshold is reached. The card is digital, in your website's customer area: no more forgotten cardboard cards.
How much does a website for a hair or beauty salon cost?
A one-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months (KickStarter), and a bespoke website with the full CRM at €149/month (GlowUp). Appointment booking costs €290 setup, then €59/month, with no commission per appointment; Loyalty costs €190 then €44/month. Can I sell my products online?
Yes. The E-commerce module adds a shop to your website: shampoos, treatments, gift sets. With the Eazyclick till, stock is shared between salon and website, and customers can also order products to collect at their next appointment.
