What does my project manager do for me each month?
Every subscription includes project manager hours: 1 hour a month with KickStarter (on the 24-month commitment), 3 hours with GlowUp and 6 hours with Booster. Your project manager knows your website and uses them to:
update your content: texts, photos, opening hours, prices, offers and promotions;
develop your website: a new page or section, a new service, a new case study;
set up your modules and tools, and show you around Eazyclick OS;
review things with you every month: results, search visibility, priorities.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Beyond them, extra work is charged at €95 per hour excl. VAT. If your requests come back every month, the next pack up costs less, and you can switch at any time.
How quickly does support reply?
Within 1 business day. You write by email, and someone on the team who knows your project replies. For a change or an addition to your website, your project manager takes care of it within the hours included in your subscription.
What does the subscription include besides the website?
Your subscription covers much more than building the website:
a dedicated project manager: 1 hour a month with KickStarter (on the 24-month commitment), 3 hours with GlowUp and 6 hours with Booster;
human support by email, replying within 1 business day;
hosting and maintenance: security updates, backups and domain name renewal;
Eazyclick OS, your space to follow your enquiries, customers and results.
You pay a one-off set-up fee, then a monthly fee for 12 or 24 months.
Does the one-off price include a project manager and maintenance?
No. The one-off price covers building the website only, with two rounds of revisions before launch. It includes no project manager after launch, no support and no Eazyclick OS. Hosting is charged separately, €450 per year excl. VAT, including security updates, backups and the domain name. For monthly support, choose the 12- or 24-month subscription.
