How can I display Google reviews on my website?

Two options: embed a free widget that loads an external script on your pages, or use a module connected to your profile. Reviews & testimonials syncs your Google reviews and displays them in your website's design alongside customer testimonials, with no third-party script to maintain. Your project manager helps you choose which pages to show them on.

Why are my Google reviews not showing?

Most often, the review has been held by Google's spam filters, has not yet been published, or the profile is not verified. On your website, a widget may also hide reviews below a minimum rating: your project manager checks the profile connection and display rules. Find out more in our Google reviews guide.

How much does the Reviews & testimonials module cost?

Installation is free, then €24/month with a 12-month commitment, or €19/month over 24 months. This covers Google review syncing, unlimited testimonials, display on your website in your brand's style and support from your project manager. Add the module to any pack.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. Do I need an Eazyclick website or pack already?

Yes. The Reviews & testimonials module displays reviews on your website: add it to any Eazyclick website, whatever your pack (KickStarter, GlowUp or Booster), and manage it from the same dashboard. Don't have a website with us yet? We'll plan your website and modules together on an initial call.

Can I import my existing reviews?

Yes. Once your Google profile is connected, all existing reviews appear automatically, with their ratings and dates. Add compliments received by email, social media or on paper as testimonials in seconds. You never start from scratch.

Will a bad review necessarily appear?

Your Google reviews remain authentic: we neither invent nor delete them, which is what makes them trustworthy. You do control what gets highlighted: pin your best feedback at the top and choose the display format. An isolated negative review is outweighed by a majority of positive feedback, and your reply can appear just below it.

Is the difference between a Google review and a testimonial clear?

Always. A review synced from Google carries a "via Google" badge; a testimonial you add yourself is clearly labelled "customer testimonial". We never pass a testimonial off as a verified review: that honesty protects your credibility and respects display rules.

Will it slow down or weigh down my website?

No. Reviews are integrated directly into your pages and design, without a flashing third-party widget or slower loading. The average rating, carousel and review wall are part of your website like any other section. The result stays fast and consistent on desktop and mobile.
