Website creation for photographers

Your images speak. Your website gets them booked.

Weddings, portraits, business, real estate: your customers buy a style and availability. Your website presents galleries by service, displays your packages and lets people book a date or request a quote, without platform compression damaging your photos.

  • From €69/month
  • Support from start to finish

Does a photographer need a website as well as Instagram?

A couple planning their wedding or a business looking for a photographer compares portfolios, packages and availability. An Instagram feed answers none of these three questions.

A portfolio that does your images justice

Your photos display at the right size for every screen, without social media compression or square cropping.

  • Series, not isolated photos
A wedding told from start to finish sells better than a greatest-hits selection.
  • Fast-loading images
Each photo is served at the right size, on mobile and large screens alike.
  • Your visual signature
Understated layouts, carefully chosen typography: nothing gets in the way of your images.

Visitors see your work as you delivered it.

Clear packages

The price question always comes up. Better to answer it on your website than in the tenth message.

  • A page for each service
Weddings, portraits, corporate, product shots: each offering has examples and a process.
  • Packages with “from” prices
Time on site, number of images delivered, delivery timescale.
  • An online quote
The customer chooses their package and extras; you approve.

Incoming enquiries have already seen your prices.

Dates booked

For a portrait session or business shoot, the customer books a slot; for a wedding, they check the date and request a quote.

  • Bookable sessions
Duration, location and preparation shown at booking.
  • A quote signed online
With a deposit to secure a wedding date.
  • Customer reviews
Your Google reviews displayed alongside your galleries.

From the first visit to the secured date, everything goes through your website.

Which pages should a photographer's website have?

A home page showing your best series, a page for each service (weddings, portraits, business, real estate), a “prices and packages” page, an “about” page and contact details. Wedding photographers often add a page for each reception venue they have worked at: it attracts couples who have already booked that venue. Business photographers highlight delivery times and usage rights.

Portfolio: how many photos should you show?

Fewer than you think. Fifteen to thirty images per series are enough; a consistent eye is what matters. Our advice on choosing them is in 5 photo tips for a website, and the Portfolio website guide details the structure of a good portfolio.

Book a session or secure a date

Short sessions can be booked online with Bookings & appointments. For a wedding, the couple requests a quote; with Quotes & invoices, you send it, they sign online and pay the deposit that secures the date.

We chose Eazyclick to build Orto's e-commerce website. Very professional work, with impeccable follow-up from start to finish. The team clearly knows its craft: relevant advice, quick solutions and a real understanding of e-commerce challenges (customer journey, clarity, performance).

Deadlines were met, communication was smooth and the support throughout the project was excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.

Eazyclick is a company you can trust. They built our website with exactly the vision, design and usability we had in mind! The price was agreed and honoured, and communication was smooth and very pleasant from start to finish. The most amazing thing is that we're in the south of France and they're in Belgium, and everything was perfect without ever meeting! So wherever you are, you can trust them.

Technical essentials for photography websites

The Eazyclick ecosystem, your central platform

No more juggling Wix, WordPress and ten subscriptions. The Eazyclick ecosystem brings everything you need to update your website, find your enquiries and track results together in one place.

AI panels at your fingertips: no barriers between you and your content.

  • Simple editing
update your website, Google profile and social media from one dashboard, with no technical skills needed.
  • Built-in CRM
leads, forms and quotes filed on the same customer record, making them easy to sort and follow up.
  • Protection from hacking
your website is protected from the outset by our infrastructure and cybersecurity expertise, built since 2012.
  • Long-term visibility
your website, Google Business profile and social media centralised for better results on Google and ChatGPT over time.

High-performing design

A slow website or one poorly optimised for mobile loses visitors in 3 seconds.

Google confirms it, and so do your visitors. Your website needs to:

  • Loading time
load quickly (ideally in under 2 seconds)
  • Responsive
be perfectly readable on smartphones, tablets and computers
  • Speed standard
Meet speed, stability and interactivity standards, with a PageSpeed Insights score of at least 80.

A rock-solid strategy

A photographer's website must highlight your style, capture emotion and turn visitors into customers.

  • SEO
Be visible on Google and ChatGPT for searches such as “wedding photographer Brussels”.
  • Advertising and social media
An Instagram bio link, Pinterest or Meta campaigns can generate shoot enquiries.
  • External platforms
Instagram and specialist platforms strengthen your visibility and inspire customer trust.

Your website from €69/month excl. VAT, on a 24-month commitment, plus a one-off €249 setup fee.

View all FAQs

How much does a photographer's website cost?

A one-page website with your photo series, packages and contact details starts with the KickStarter plan at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months. A bespoke website with a page per service and a full portfolio starts with GlowUp at €149/month excl. VAT. Find the details in our guide Website prices in Belgium.

Will my photos keep their quality?

Yes. Each image is produced in several sizes and the browser loads the one suited to the screen: sharp on a large display, lightweight on a phone.

Can I get a wedding quote signed with a deposit?

Yes, with the Quotes & invoices module: the quote is signed online, the deposit paid through a link, and the invoice follows.

Can I edit my portfolio myself?

Yes. Add, remove and reorder your series from your dashboard. Your project manager remains available if you want to rework a page.

What makes Eazyclick a new-generation digital agency rather than a traditional agency or freelancer?

We originally grew out of Caracal, an agency working with larger organisations.

Since 2012, we often met small businesses we simply could not serve with the best return on investment: too much bespoke work and time for a budget that could not stretch that far.

Eazyclick answers that problem: a product designed 100% for small businesses.

Website, SEO, branding and digital strategy: our services come together in one place. To go further, we also develop our own modules, such as booking, quote creation and invoicing, connected directly to your website.

One team manages everything, with package prices you know from the start. That is a new-generation agency.

How much does a digital agency cost today, and how does your pricing work?

Most agencies say "it depends", then leave you waiting three weeks for a vague quote.

At Eazyclick, we've built precise processes since 2012 to offer clear prices without guesswork. That's why we publish them directly on our website, starting on the homepage.

Choose the pack that matches your goals and know what you're paying and what you're getting before the first call.

Three packs, KickStarter, GlowUp and Booster, plus optional modules from €19/month with a 24-month commitment.

And e-commerce? It can be included in a GlowUp or Booster plan, depending on your project and goals.
