What does the dashboard show?

The indicators of the modules you have switched on, and only those: revenue collected, orders, enquiries, quotes, tickets.

Are the figures exact or estimated?

Exact. Every figure is calculated from what actually happened in your modules and on your website. The same report always gives the same result, and you can export it for your accountant.

Is strategy consulting included in Spark?

No. Spark includes 1 h a month with your project manager for your questions, your settings and a short training session. Sessions of strategy and consulting are booked by the hour, when you are preparing a decision.

Does my data collection respect visitors' privacy?

Yes. Measurement is built in-house, without selling your data or visitors' data to third parties. We store no personally identifiable data, and measurement respects visitor consent and GDPR. You get reliable, accurate audience figures in full compliance.

Can I export my figures for my accountant?

Yes. Sales reports export to CSV, and your invoices go into a monthly export ready for your accountant.
