How much does the Click & Collect module cost?

The Click & Collect module costs 190 € excl. VAT to set up, then 44 € excl. VAT per month on a 12-month commitment, or 35 € excl. VAT per month over 24 months. It can also be one of Booster's modules of choice. What the price includes is listed below.

How much does the Click & Collect module cost?

Setup is a one-off €190. The subscription is then €44/month excl. VAT with a 12-month commitment, or €35/month with a 24-month commitment. Everything is included: collection slots, preparation screen, settings and email notifications. With no platform commission: payment for every order comes directly to you.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

Do I need the E-commerce module already?

Yes. Click & Collect adds a collection slot to your shop's checkout. Without an online shop, there's no basket to collect. If you don't yet have Full e-commerce, your project manager sets up the shop and Click & Collect together, as part of the same support process.

Do I need an Eazyclick website or pack already?

Yes. Collection orders are placed on your own website, with your branding and domain, not in a third-party app. The module is added to an Eazyclick website, whatever your pack (KickStarter, GlowUp or Booster). Don't have a website with us yet? We'll put your website and modules together during an initial call.

Can I bring over my existing products or menu?

Yes. Collection uses your shop's catalogue: once products are in place, they can be collected. If you manage a menu with our dedicated module, each dish can become available for collection without being entered again. Your project manager goes through your existing offering with you and enables collection.

How do customers know their order is ready?

As soon as you mark an order ready on your preparation screen, your customer automatically receives an email notification in your name. They are also notified when ordering (confirmation with slot and address) and if a slot changes. If you wish, they can also receive a text or WhatsApp notification.

What if a slot is full or I'm overwhelmed?

You set each slot's capacity. When it's full, the system automatically rejects new orders for that slot: you'll never be swamped. If an unexpected rush hits, you can also close a slot manually in one step. You always stay in control of your preparation pace.
