Online shop design for retailers and brands
Built for your sector,
designed for
Websites, branding, SEO, ads, content, social and the management tools your business needs: every Eazyclick solution is tailored to your sector.
For a Belgian retailer, a profitable online shop rests on three things: a branded website that makes people want to buy, one shared stock across the online shop, in-store till and click & collect, and customers who return. Eazyclick builds that shop for you, with no commission on sales and a project manager in Uccle supporting you from launch to your first orders.
Six brands and retailers trusted us with their websites: Orto sells products online, while Derma Score, Cyclovia, Black Kats, Chou & Tournesol and PIM showcase their brands and shops. Choose your trade below, or explore the E-commerce module directly.

Do you need an online shop if you already have a physical shop?
Yes, as soon as customers look for you outside your opening hours. An online shop connected to your till complements your physical shop: it shows what's in stock, takes orders for collection or delivery and gives you email addresses for customers you previously only knew by sight.
The classic trap is keeping two stocks: one for the till and one for the website. With Eazyclick, your online shop, point of sale and click & collect use the same stock. A dress sold in-store disappears from the website; an online order is prepared at the counter.
What are the requirements for selling online in Belgium?
Checked in September 2026. General guidance to confirm with your accountant or adviser for your situation.
- Required information. Your business name, address, company number, VAT number and a quick way to contact you must appear on the website (Code of Economic Law, Art. III.74).
- 14-day right of withdrawal. Consumers buying at a distance have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason (Art. VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law). You must inform them before ordering and provide the standard form (FPS Economy). We include this information in your terms of sale and checkout journey.
- VAT on sales to other EU countries. Above €10 000 excl. VAT in annual distance sales to consumers in other Member States, the customer's country's VAT applies, declared through the OSS one-stop shop (FPS Finance).
- Invoices to business customers. Since 1 January 2026, invoices to Belgian VAT-registered businesses must be electronic and structured, usually via Peppol (FPS Finance): the Quotes & invoices module handles this, and our Peppol guide explains the process.
How much does an online shop cost for a retailer?
An online shop is built on a bespoke website, from €149/month excl. VAT (GlowUp) or €299/month with Booster, plus the E-commerce module: €1,490 setup, then €99/month (€79 over 24 months). Add Point of sale (€290, then €59/month) and Click & Collect (€190, then €44/month). Eazyclick takes no commission on your sales: only your payment provider's fees apply. A brochure website without online sales starts at €69/month (KickStarter). Details are on the Packs page and in our guide to website prices in Belgium.
How do you keep customers coming back?
A customer who buys once is expensive to acquire; a returning customer costs almost nothing. Loyalty rewards online and in-store purchases, Email marketing tells your best customers about new arrivals, and your Google reviews reassure new ones: our Google reviews guide explains how to collect and respond to them.
Does Eazyclick take a commission on my online sales?
No. You pay a monthly subscription for your website and modules, and all sales revenue is yours. Only your payment provider's fees (card, Bancontact) apply, as with any shop. That's the difference from marketplaces that take a percentage of every order.
Is my stock the same in store and on the website?
Yes, if you use the Eazyclick till: the online shop, till and click & collect use the same stock. A counter sale removes the item from the website; an online order appears at the till. No more counting your items twice at the end of the day.
How much does an online shop cost with Eazyclick?
An online shop runs on a bespoke GlowUp website (€149/month excl. VAT) or Booster (€299/month), plus the E-commerce module: €1,490 setup, then €99/month (€79 over 24 months), with no sales commission. Add point of sale, click & collect and loyalty afterwards. Your project manager gives you an exact price based on your catalogue and its migration.
Can I bring my products over from another platform?
Yes. Your project manager imports your catalogue (products, photos, prices, variants) from an export of your current platform and sets up redirects so old pages retain their search rankings. You check the shop before launch.
What must I display to comply with Belgian law?
Your legal details (business name, address, company and VAT numbers), terms and conditions, the 14-day right of withdrawal with its model form, and the total price including delivery charges. We integrate these into checkout; have your adviser approve your terms and conditions.
