If your organisation is approved by the FPS Finance, the module produces your Belgian certificates at year-end. It adds up the year's donations and applies the legal €40 threshold. Your donors receive a 30 % tax reduction.

How much does the Donations & memberships module cost?

Setup is free, then €24/month over 12 months or €19/month over 24 months. This covers unlimited donation campaigns, one-off and monthly donations, membership fees and memberships, automatic reminders and tax certificates, with no cut taken from each payment. The module can be added to any package.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

Do I already need an Eazyclick website or pack?

Yes. Donations and membership fees are paid on your own website: the module is added to an Eazyclick website, whatever your pack, and campaigns, members and certificates are managed from the same dashboard. No website with us yet? We put your website and modules together during an initial call.

Can I transfer my existing donors and members?

Yes. Your project manager helps transfer your database: membership plans, active members and renewal dates. Campaigns are set up with your project manager. You do not need to re-enter everything, and you keep a clean list that you can export at any time.

Does donation money really come directly to us?

Yes. Payment processing connects to your organisation's account: every donation comes directly to you, without passing through Eazyclick and with no Eazyclick commission on the amount donated. You retain full control of your cash flow, and donors know their generosity goes entirely to you.

How do Belgian tax certificates work?

If your organisation is approved by FPS Finance, the module totals each donor's gifts over the calendar year and generates a certificate for those reaching €40, with your approval number; donors receive a 30 % tax reduction. Without approval, the module sends a simple thank-you receipt, without promising tax deductibility.

Can membership fees and renewals be managed automatically?

Yes. Create membership plans with their benefits, members pay online, and annual fees renew automatically. Renewal reminders go out before the deadline, and you see at a glance who is up to date. You can also manually remind a member in one click and export your list whenever you like.
