Online shop, point of sale and stock in one piece of software

One stock, online and at the counter

Whatever you sell on your website or at the till comes out of the same stock. The customer pays by card or Bancontact, collects their order in store or has it delivered, and you follow the takings of each channel.

  • Spark from €71/month excl. VAT
  • 1 h with your project manager every month
  • 14-day free trial

The last item sold at the counter shows as sold out on the website.

How a sale works

You create the product once, with its photos, variants and price. It appears on your website and at the till. A supplier catalogue can be imported from a CSV or XLSX file.

Online, the customer pays and chooses delivery or collection. At the counter, the till drives your SumUp terminal and the customer pays by card or in cash. Either way, stock goes down in the same place, and the money goes straight into your account.

In the evening, you close the till and read the day's takings, online and in store. Have several stores? Discover our multi-store retail software.

Who is this for?

  • Boutiques and concept stores
  • Delicatessens and wine merchants
  • Bike shops

From product page to the day's takings

An online sale and a counter sale follow the same path.

See how it works
Step 01

You publish the product.

Photos, variants, price and stock: the product is created once and used everywhere.

Step 02

The customer orders online.

They pay and choose delivery or a collection time in store. You prepare the order, and they are notified.

Step 03

You sell at the counter.

The till sells from the same stock. The last item sold in store shows as sold out on the website.

Step 04

You close the day.

Closing the till gives the day's total by payment method. Reports compare your sales with last year.

Ordered at 11 pm, collected at 10 am in store.

Website, till and stock hold together

Eazyclick takes no commission on your sales.

On a computer, a tablet or a phone. The till drives your SumUp terminal, prints the receipt and closes the session at the end of the day. It is designed for retail.

  • Receipts with VAT details
  • Several tills
  • End-of-day (Z) till closing every evening

Collection in store, at the time chosen.

The customer orders online and picks a collection time. Your team sees the orders to prepare for each store.

We chose Eazyclick to build Orto's e-commerce website. Very professional work, with impeccable follow-up from start to finish. The team clearly knows its craft: relevant advice, quick solutions and a real understanding of e-commerce challenges (customer journey, clarity, performance).

Deadlines were met, communication was smooth and the support throughout the project was excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.

Eazyclick developed our new website to reflect our concept store's positioning. The team quickly understood our idea, and the proposed design matched our expectations perfectly. Development then went smoothly, and the website is really user-friendly and fast. Our contacts were available and responsive, which we really appreciated. We recommend them without hesitation

Frequently asked questions about the shop and the till

View all FAQs

Is the stock the same online and in store?

Yes. Each store has its own stock, the till deducts it with every counter sale, and online sales draw from the same stock. Your website shows availability store by store.

Do I need the E-commerce module to use the point of sale?

Yes. The point of sale relies on Full e-commerce, which holds the catalogue and stock it shares. In your setup, Ziggy and your expert show you the price of both together before you start.

Do you take a commission on my sales?

No. You connect your own payment account: when a customer pays, the money goes straight to you. Your payment provider's fees remain their own.

Is the point of sale suitable for a restaurant?

No. It is designed for retail and is not a certified cash register system as required for restaurants in Belgium. A restaurant keeps its certified till, and the restaurant page shows what Eazyclick adds alongside it.

Can I import my current catalogue?

Yes. You import your products from a CSV or XLSX file, whether from a supplier or exported from your old shop: variants, photos and prices included. A preview shows the result before it is applied.
