How do you avoid double bookings across your website and platforms?

Availability is calculated night by night and the room is blocked on confirmation: two guests can never book the last room on your website. Your calendar exports in iCal format to Booking.com, Airbnb and Google, and bookings made on those platforms appear in your calendar.

How much does the Hotel booking module cost?

Setup costs €490, then the subscription is €85/month over 12 months, or €69/month over 24 months. Pricing is per property, with no commission on bookings: you keep every euro collected for your overnight stays. A trial is possible before committing: discuss it with your project manager on an initial call.

Is this module included in a pack?

It is an optional add-on to any pack. Full e-commerce is not one of Booster's 2 selectable business modules, but Booster customers get a preferential rate. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini-CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster SEO Boost and 2 business modules. Your project manager helps you put your plan together.

Do I need an Eazyclick website or pack already?

Yes. The booking engine lives on your website: add it to any Eazyclick website, whatever your pack (KickStarter, GlowUp or Booster), and manage it from the same dashboard. Don't have a website with us yet? We'll plan your website and modules together on an initial call.

Can I transfer my rooms, rates and bookings?

Yes. Your project manager works with you to transfer room types, photos, seasonal rates and minimum stay rules. Upcoming bookings can be entered so your calendar is up to date from the start. You begin with a complete inventory, ready for online bookings.

Will I really avoid platform commissions?

Yes, on all bookings made directly through your website: no intermediary commission is charged, and payment goes straight to your account. Many hoteliers keep platforms as an extra channel but bring as many bookings as possible back to direct sales to protect their margins.

Can I set different seasonal rates?

Yes. Set rates by period in a pricing calendar: high and low seasons, weekends, minimum stays and closed periods. Stay prices are calculated automatically by adding each night at the correct rate. Adjust prices whenever you like, and customers always see the exact amount before booking.

Deposit or full payment: who decides?

You do. Depending on your policy, customers pay a deposit, for example 30%, or the full stay at booking. Until payment is confirmed, the room is held briefly so it cannot be taken during checkout. Payment is secure and funds go directly to your account, without passing through a third party.
