02 Project kickoff · Week 1

Your project manager takes over

Once you choose a plan, your project manager organises the kickoff call. They remain your contact until launch.

Together, we agree on pages, tone, website goals and launch date.

You then get access to your project space: the brief to complete, the schedule and every upcoming step, all in one place.

What you need to do
Complete the brief and send us your logo, photos and copy, if you have them. The brief saves as you go.

03 Production and feedback · Weeks 2 to 3

We build, you approve step by step

Design, copy, tools: follow progress in your project space and approve each stage.

Comment directly on the mock-up as often as needed: we adjust until it is right.

Meanwhile, we activate the tools your business needs (bookings, quotes, CRM…) and import your existing contacts, products and appointments. Nothing to re-enter.

04 Launch · Week 4

Your website is live

Domain name, security, Google: we check everything, then launch your website with you.

Your website is fast, designed for mobile and connected to your tools: every enquiry sent from the website goes straight into your customer record.

We show you how to edit your copy and photos yourself.
