Website design for vets

A veterinary clinic you can reach even when the phone is busy

A worried owner first wants to know whether you treat their animal and can see them today. Your website answers both questions, displays emergency details and takes routine appointment bookings.

  • From €69/month
  • Support from start to finish

What pet owners look for on a vet's website

Dogs and cats, but also exotic pets, horses or farm animals: owners want to know straight away whether you're the right practice.

The animals you treat

This is the first filter, before your address.

  • Companion animals
    Dogs, cats, rabbits and birds.
  • Exotic pets
Reptiles and rodents, if you see them.
  • Large animals
Horses and livestock, at the clinic or on visits.

A page per species avoids unnecessary calls.

Emergencies

An animal taken ill at night: every minute counts.

  • Emergency hours
Who answers and on which number.
  • On-call service
The vet on duty at weekends.
  • First steps
What to do while waiting, without replacing professional advice.

Visible from every page, a tap away on mobile.

Routine care

It fills the calendar, and it can be planned.

  • Vaccinations
    The schedule and online booking.
  • Neutering
    Preparation, fasting and returning home.
  • Identification
    Microchipping and registration.

Owners book themselves; your reception team gets some breathing space.

Vaccination reminders: staying in touch

Owners can easily forget the next vaccination date. With Email marketing, send reminders to the relevant owners from your customer database, with a link to online booking. Every appointment booked on your website joins the owner's record in your CRM.

Order pet food and collect it at the clinic

Many clinics sell dietary pet food and parasite treatments. The Click & Collect module lets customers order online and collect at the counter without queuing. For prescription medicines, the website directs them to a consultation: we only list products you can supply without a prescription.

Clinic, practice or rural vet?

A clinic highlights its facilities and extended opening hours. A rural vet presents their rounds, the municipalities covered and how to arrange a farm visit. Your website follows your practice, not a single template.

Lamina is a medtech start-up based in Strasbourg… our resources are limited and we have little time available to build a website. Easy click ticked both boxes: a reasonable budget and an informative, clear, elegant website without wasting time… I highly recommend Easy click….

A very good experience with Eazyclick creating the Black Kats website.

The team quickly understood our world and expectations, and did more than simply execute the initial brief. They went further, notably helping us identify and develop elements still missing from our visual identity.

Communication was straightforward and efficient, and the team always listened. The final result really meets our expectations.

We recommend them!

We revised our website with the Eazyclick team to update it following changes to the data transfer connection, and took the opportunity to refresh the design. The result met our expectations, and communication with the Eazyclick team was good. I recommend them.

Technical essentials a vet's website cannot overlook

The Eazyclick ecosystem, your central platform

No more juggling Wix, WordPress and ten subscriptions. The Eazyclick ecosystem brings together everything you need to edit your website, find your enquiries and track your results.

AI panels within easy reach: no barrier between you and your content.

  • Simple editing
update your website, Google profile and social media from a single dashboard, with no technical skills.
  • Integrated CRM
leads, forms and quotes filed on the same customer record, easy to sort and follow up.
  • Protection against hacking
your website is protected from the outset by our infrastructure and cybersecurity expertise, built since 2012.
  • Long-term visibility
your website, Google Business profile and social media in one place, for better results on Google and ChatGPT over time.

Design that performs

A slow website or poor mobile experience drives visitors away in 3 seconds. Google confirms it, and so do your visitors. Your website must:

  • Loading time
load quickly (ideally in under 2 seconds)
  • Responsive
be perfectly readable on smartphones, tablets and computers
  • Speed standard
Meet speed, stability and interactivity standards, with a score of at least 80 on PageSpeed Insights.

A solid strategy

A vet's website should reassure, inform and turn visitors into prompt consultation bookings.

  • SEO
Be visible on Google and ChatGPT for searches such as “emergency vet Brussels”.
  • Advertising and social media
An Instagram bio link, Google Ads or animal health content can generate visits.
  • External platforms
Doctolib and Google Business strengthen your visibility and local trust.

Your website from €69/month excl. VAT, on a 24-month commitment, plus a one-off €249 setup fee.

Questions? We have answers.

View all FAQs

Can customers book a consultation or vaccination online?

Yes. Choose the bookable reasons (consultation, vaccination, check-up), their duration and the vet; the owner books and receives confirmation and a reminder. Emergencies remain by phone, with the number visible on every page.

How do I display the on-call service?

With an “Emergencies” banner on every page, showing your hours and the on-call number. Update it yourself from your dashboard when the duty rota changes.

Can I sell pet food on my website?

Yes, with Click & Collect (€190 then €44/month): customers order online and collect at the clinic. Prescription-only products are not offered for unrestricted sale.

How much does a vet's website cost?

A bespoke website with complete CRM costs €149/month excl. VAT (GlowUp), a single page €69/month (KickStarter). Add online booking for €290 setup then €59/month, with no commission per appointment.

What makes Eazyclick a new-generation digital agency rather than a traditional agency or freelancer?

We originally grew out of Caracal, an agency working with larger organisations.

Since 2012, we often met small businesses we simply could not serve with the best return on investment: too much bespoke work and time for a budget that could not stretch that far.

Eazyclick answers that problem: a product designed 100% for small businesses.

Website, SEO, branding and digital strategy: our services come together in one place. To go further, we also develop our own modules, such as booking, quote creation and invoicing, connected directly to your website.

One team manages everything, with package prices you know from the start. That is a new-generation agency.

How much does a digital agency cost today, and how does your pricing work?

Most agencies say "it depends", then leave you waiting three weeks for a vague quote.

At Eazyclick, we've built precise processes since 2012 to offer clear prices without guesswork. That's why we publish them directly on our website, starting on the homepage.

Choose the pack that matches your goals and know what you're paying and what you're getting before the first call.

Three packs, KickStarter, GlowUp and Booster, plus optional modules from €19/month with a 24-month commitment.

And e-commerce? It can be included in a GlowUp or Booster plan, depending on your project and goals.
