How much does the Meeting notes module cost?

Setup with your project manager is free. The module then costs €24/month with a 12-month commitment, or €19/month with a 24-month commitment. Pricing doesn't depend on user numbers: accounts are unlimited. Transcription and summaries are included in the subscription, with no usage-based charges.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

Do I already need an Eazyclick website or plan?

No. The Meeting notes module also works without an Eazyclick website, in your workspace set up by your project manager. With an Eazyclick website, meeting summaries are filed in the same customer records as enquiries from your website. Not a customer yet? We build your package together during an initial call.

Can I recover my old meeting notes?

Your old notes are not transcribed automatically, but your project manager can help import existing documents and link them to the right customer records. From activation, every new recorded meeting is transcribed, summarised and filed. You start with a clean, searchable system without losing your paper history.

Am I allowed to record my meetings?

Yes, provided you inform everyone present, as required by European data protection rules (GDPR). The module is designed for this: inform the participants at the start, and stay in control of your recordings. Your project manager explains good practice during setup so you can feel confident and comply with the rules.

Does the summary replace what I actually said?

No. The meeting summary saves you time, but the full transcript remains available as the authoritative record. You can always replay the recording and reread it word for word. Freely correct or add to the summary before sending it: you always have the final say.

Does it work for in-person appointments and phone calls?

Yes. Record a face-to-face appointment, team meeting or call: just start recording from your dashboard. The transcript and summary are generated the same way. It is useful for an on-site construction meeting or a remote customer catch-up alike.
