How do you manage your tables without commission?

With Reservations, included in the Night bar & club pack, your guests book their table on your website according to your time slots and capacity, with a deposit if you ask for one, and a waiting list when the venue is full. No commission is taken per booking. Every guest gets a record in the CRM, and Email marketing lets them know about your next nights.

How much does club software cost?

The Night bar & club pack has a fixed price: €129 a month excl. VAT over 24 months, or €142 over 12 months. It includes Reservations, the menu, the CRM and email marketing, 6 users and a Template website of 6 to 15 pages in 3 languages. Does a club in Belgium need a certified till (SCE)?

It depends on the food you serve. In Belgium, the certified cash register becomes mandatory when your food service exceeds €25,000 excl. VAT a year, drinks excluded: a club that only serves drinks does not reach that threshold. Everything is in our SCE 2.0 guide. How much does software for a club or night bar cost?

The Night bar & club pack has a fixed price: €129 a month excl. VAT over 24 months, or €142 over 12 months. It includes Reservations, the menu, the CRM and email marketing, 6 users and a Template website of 6 to 15 pages in 3 languages. Ticketing (in beta), Loyalty and the point of sale are available as options.

Can I ask for a deposit when a table is booked?

Yes. With Reservations, included in the Night bar & club pack, you can ask for a deposit at the time of booking, and keep a waiting list when your tables are full. The deposit is paid online into your own payment account, with no commission taken by Eazyclick.

Can I let my regulars know about the next night?

Yes. Every guest who books gets a record in the CRM, and Email marketing, included in the Night bar & club pack, sends the announcement of your next night to the people who actually come: your regulars, the guests of one night or one table.

Can customers book a table or sign up for an evening event?

Yes, with the Booking Pro module: customers book a table or group 24h/24 on your website, based on actual availability, and join your events' guest lists. They receive confirmation, and every booking joins their customer record. No commission is charged per cover or registration.

What VAT rate applies to drinks served at the bar?

Drinks served on your premises are taxed at 21 %, including soft drinks: the proposed reduction to 12 % for non-alcoholic drinks in February 2026 was not included in the published decree. Meals served on site are taxed at 12 %, takeaway dishes generally at 6 %. Details and sources are in our hospitality VAT guide.

What does the free trial include?

14 days with the Night bar & club pack open and a template website on an Eazyclick address, no card needed. The Reservations and Email marketing modules open with the subscription, not during the trial. Without a subscription, the account then becomes read-only and the website stays online; moving to Spark unlocks everything.

How is it different from SevenRooms, Fourvenues or Tablelist?

SevenRooms is a booking, CRM and marketing platform for hospitality; Fourvenues and Tablelist are used to sell tables and entries for nightlife. Your website still has to be built separately. The Night bar & club pack brings together your website and its modules (Reservations, Menu, CRM Pro and Email marketing) in one account, from € 129 a month excl. VAT, with no commission on your bookings or orders.
