How much does the Loyalty module cost?

The Loyalty module costs 190 € excl. VAT to set up, then 44 € excl. VAT per month on a 12-month commitment, or 35 € excl. VAT per month over 24 months. It can also be one of Booster's modules of choice. What the price includes is listed below.

How much does the Loyalty module cost?

Setup costs €190 once. The subscription is then €44/month excl. VAT over 12 months, or €35/month over 24 months. Earning rules, reward thresholds, the digital card in the customer area, automatic voucher issue and the tracking dashboard are included, with unlimited members and no volume surcharges.

Is this module included in a plan?

You can add it to any plan, and with Booster it can be one of your 2 included business modules. As a reminder, KickStarter includes a mini CRM, GlowUp the full CRM and Analytics Pro, and Booster everything in GlowUp plus SEO Boost. Your project manager helps you choose the modules your business really needs.

Do I need another module to use Loyalty?

Yes. Loyalty needs a source of points: Full e-commerce (points on paid orders) or Bookings & appointments (points on attended appointments). Either one is enough, and you can combine both. Your project manager checks your setup with you before activation.

Do I need an existing Eazyclick website or pack?

Yes. The loyalty card lives in the customer area of your own website, under your brand: add the module to any Eazyclick website, whatever your pack (KickStarter, GlowUp or Booster). Don't have a website with us yet? We'll put your website and modules together during an initial call.

Can I import customers from my old loyalty card?

Yes. Existing customers can be imported and join the programme from their account. Your project manager helps import your database and, if needed, credit an opening balance so your regulars don't start from scratch. The transition is smooth, preserving the relationships you've already built.

What kind of reward do my customers receive?

The reward is always a discount voucher, in euros or as a percentage, never cash that can be withdrawn. This is deliberate: loyalty should bring customers back to you, not become a payment method. The voucher is named, single-use and applied directly to the next order. You set the value of each threshold yourself.

How do you prevent abuse, such as points on cancelled orders?

The system only awards points for money actually received and appointments actually attended, never simply for placing an order. If an order is refunded, points are automatically reversed. You can also cap points per order or day, and set expiry after a period of inactivity. Everything stays under your control.
