Websites, branding, SEO, ads, content, social and the management tools your business needs: every Eazyclick solution is tailored to your sector.
A traveller or organiser decides quickly: they want to see the rooms or venue, check that a date is free and book without calling. Eazyclick creates websites for hotels, B&Bs and holiday cottages, travel agencies and tourism businesses, as well as event venues, festivals and DJs.
Every website connects to the tools that fill your calendar: direct stay bookings without commission, event quote requests, venue visits booked online, ticketing without per-ticket fees and Google reviews. From €69/month excl. VAT, with a 24-month commitment and a project manager in Uccle. Château de Drogenbos, a Choux de Bruxelles group venue, entrusted us with its website. Run a restaurant or café? Tourism
Your destinations inspire dreams. Your website should inspire travel.
In tourism, everything starts with a feeling. Before booking, your customers want to picture themselves there, compare and dream. An immersive, well-structured website turns inspiration into bookings and showcases your travel offers.

What should a restaurant, hotel or tourism website show?
Start with what brings people in: photos of your venue, dishes, rooms or activity, taken on site. Then provide what helps them decide: your menu and prices, opening hours, address and directions, availability, and a booking or ordering button visible on mobile. For a hotel, B&B or travel agency: rooms or stays, rates by period and cancellation terms.
What rules apply to Belgian hospitality and tourism websites?
Checked in September 2026. General guidance, to be validated by your adviser for your circumstances.
Mandatory information. Your name, address, enterprise number and a quick means of contact must appear on your website (Code of Economic Law, art. III.74).
Allergens. Information on the 14 regulated allergens must be available for dishes served; our guide to 14 allergens in restaurants explains what is required and how to display it on your menu.
Cash register. Some hospitality businesses must use a certified registered cash register system; our SCE 2.0 guide explains who is affected. Restaurant and accommodation VAT rates are covered in our guide to VAT in hospitality.
Business invoices. Since 1 January 2026, invoices sent to Belgian VAT-registered businesses must be electronic and structured, usually through Peppol (FPS Finance); our Peppol guide explains the process.
How much does a hospitality or tourism website cost?
A website starts at €69/month excl. VAT with a 24-month commitment; our packages cost €69, €149 or €299/month excl. VAT. Modules have their own prices, shown on their pages; with two modules, their subscription falls by 10 %, and with three or more by 20 %. Details on the Packages page and in our guide to website prices in Belgium.
What should an event or venue website show?
The atmosphere first, in photos and video; then what helps people decide: capacity by room and layout (seated, cocktail reception), packages, access and parking, recommended suppliers, and a quote request that asks upfront for the date, event type and guest count. For a festival: the line-up, tickets and practical information.
How do you turn a website visit into a booking?
By removing the back-and-forth. Visitors choose a viewing slot in your calendar (Bookings & appointments), receive a proposal to sign online (Quotes & invoices), then a deposit invoice: our guide explains the rules for deposit invoices in Belgium. Every step is stored in the same customer record, and you can see at a glance which enquiries need following up.
What rules apply to Belgian venue and event websites?
Checked in September 2026. General guidance, to be validated by your adviser for your circumstances.
- Mandatory information. Your name, address, enterprise number and a quick means of contact must appear on your website (Code of Economic Law, art. III.74).
- Fixed-date tickets: no withdrawal period. The 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to leisure-related services where the contract specifies a date or period of performance (Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 12°). State this clearly in your terms of sale before payment.
- Playing music requires a licence. Whenever music is played in a public place, a licence is mandatory. Unisono, founded by Sabam, PlayRight and SIMIM, covers copyright and neighbouring rights in a single licence, which you must apply for before the event (event licences).
- Business invoices. Since 1 January 2026, an invoice for a seminar or corporate evening sent to a Belgian VAT-registered business must be electronic and structured, usually through Peppol (FPS Finance); our Peppol guide explains the process.
How much does an event website cost?
A one-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT (KickStarter), a bespoke website with up to 6 pages and the full CRM at €149/month (GlowUp). Modules have their own prices: Bookings & appointments costs €290 to set up, then €59/month, Rentals €290 then €59/month; Ticketing (€190 then €44/month) runs on the E-commerce module. Details on the Packages page and in our guide to website prices in Belgium.
Caterer or restaurant? Catering has its own page in our hospitality offering: website for caterers.
Can customers book a table or room on my website?
Yes. For a restaurant, the Booking Pro module displays availability by service and table, with your floor plan. For a hotel or B&B, the Hotel booking module shows available rooms for the chosen dates. Bookings come through your own website, with no commission taken by a booking platform.
Can I put my menu online with allergens?
Yes. With the Menus module, edit dishes and prices online, and the menu updates on your website and through your table QR codes. Each dish shows its allergens from the 14 regulated allergens, with icons. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information.
Can a caterer or bakery sell orders for collection?
Yes. With Click & Collect, customers order on your website, choose a collection slot and pay online. Set your hours, closures and maximum orders per slot, then see the orders to prepare, organised by collection time.
How do my Google reviews help fill the dining room or bedrooms?
Future customers read your reviews before booking. The Local reputation module sends a review request after a visit, flags reviews needing attention with the most critical first, and lets you reply from one screen. Track your rating and response rate month after month.
How much does a website for a restaurant, hotel or tourism business cost?
Our packs cost €69, €149 or €299/month excl. VAT with a 24-month commitment: a one-page website, a bespoke website with CRM, or a complete website with advanced tools. Modules such as online menus or booking are added at their own prices, shown on their pages.
Can customers book a venue viewing online?
Yes. With the Bookings & appointments module, your viewing slots appear on the website; customers choose one and receive confirmation and a reminder the day before. The appointment joins their CRM record, alongside their conversations and quotes.
Can I sell tickets without a per-ticket fee?
Yes. Ticketing sells tickets on your own website: no Eazyclick fee per ticket, just the module subscription and your payment provider's fees. Tickets are sent automatically by email and scanned at the entrance with a phone.
How can I display availability for my rooms?
With the Rentals module, each room has its own calendar: booked periods are no longer offered, preventing double bookings. For an event priced on quotation, the form asks for the preferred date and you respond with a proposal signed online.
How much does an event venue website cost?
A one-page website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months (KickStarter); a bespoke website of up to 6 pages with complete CRM starts at €149/month (GlowUp). Can you use my existing photos and brochure?
Yes. We use your photos, videos and brochure, and advise on what's missing, such as views of each room layout. The brochure remains downloadable from the website.
