Websites, branding, SEO, ads, content, social and the management tools your business needs: every Eazyclick solution is tailored to your sector.
A professional practice, driving school and association share one thing: their clients and members need to understand the offering, feel confident and take action without calling. Eazyclick creates websites for lawyers, notaries, concierge services and driving schools, as well as non-profit associations (ASBL), sports clubs, schools and training providers.
Depending on your activity, the website books appointments online, collects registrations and membership fees, accepts donations or opens a members area, without a volunteer checking every bank transfer. From €69/month excl. VAT, with a 24-month commitment and a project manager in Uccle. Choose your activity below.

What should a lawyer, notary or service business website show?
First, what you do and for whom: your practice areas or services, explained without jargon, the area you cover and the languages you work in. Then, what helps people take action: how the first appointment works, what to bring, your fees or rates where you can state them, and a button to book or ask a question that is visible on mobile. For a driving school: packages, the training process and upcoming dates; for a concierge service: services, coverage area and how to book.
What rules apply to professional practice websites in Belgium?
Checked in September 2026. General guidance, to be validated by your professional body or adviser for your circumstances.
Mandatory information. Your name, address, enterprise number and a quick means of contact, plus, for a regulated profession, the professional organisation with which you are registered and your professional title (Code of Economic Law, art. III.74).
Lawyers' advertising. It must remain objective, verifiable, neither misleading nor comparative; it cannot identify clients or cases, or advertise results or a success rate (avocats.be code of ethics, art. 5.3 to 5.5). We therefore design law firm websites without testimonials or client references.
Business invoices. Since 1 January 2026, invoices sent to Belgian VAT-registered businesses must be electronic and structured, usually through Peppol (FPS Finance); our Peppol guide explains the process.
How much does a professional practice website cost?
A website starts at €69/month excl. VAT with a 24-month commitment; our packages cost €69, €149 or €299/month excl. VAT. Modules have their own prices, shown on their pages; with two modules, their subscription falls by 10 %, and with three or more by 20 %. Details on the Packages page and in our guide to website prices in Belgium.
What should an association or club website offer?
Your mission in one sentence, then what you do in practice: activities, training sessions, classes and projects, with photos from the field. Next, what prompts action: the calendar, registration for new members or students, online fees or donations, a volunteer form and a members-only area for internal documents. A non-profit that publishes its activity report and accounts also reassures donors.
What rules apply to an ASBL website in Belgium?
Checked in September 2026. General guidance, to be validated by your adviser for your circumstances.
Mandatory information. Every website belonging to a legal entity, including an ASBL non-profit association, must state its name, legal form, precise registered office address, enterprise number, the words “register of legal entities” or “RPM” followed by the court for its registered office and, where applicable, its email address and website (Code of Companies and Associations, art. 2:20). An unincorporated association without legal personality is not covered by this article.
Donations and tax certificates. For donations to an approved institution, donors receive a 30 % tax reduction for donations made since 1 January 2025, starting at €40/year per institution, and the institution must request their national register number to issue the certificate (FPS Finance); our guide to tax certificates for donations explains the process.
How much does an association or club website cost?
A website starts at €69/month excl. VAT with a 24-month commitment; our packages cost €69, €149 or €299/month excl. VAT. Donations, membership fees, the members area and ticketing are added as modules, each with its own price shown on its page. Details on the Packages page and in our guide to website prices in Belgium.
Can a lawyer display client reviews or references on their website?
No, not in a form that identifies clients or cases. The avocats.be code of ethics (Art. 5.5) prohibits advertising that identifies clients or a case handled, as well as case numbers, results achieved or success rates. Your website may, however, list your practice areas (Art. 5.4) and only mention a specialisation if it has been formally recognised. Your Bar may also require you to notify it of planned advertising (Art. 5.8). These rules apply to the French-speaking and German-speaking Bars; Dutch-speaking Bars follow the rules of the Orde van Vlaamse Balies.
What disclosures must a regulated profession's website include?
The Code of Economic Law (Art. III.74) requires your name, address, enterprise number and a quick way to contact you. For a regulated profession, you must also include the professional association or organisation with which you are registered, your professional title and the Member State that awarded it. We include these details in the footer and legal notice page.
Can customers book appointments online?
Yes. With the Bookings & appointments module, customers choose an available slot on your website at any hour, without double bookings. They receive a reminder the day before and their customer record updates.
Can you send my invoices through Peppol?
Yes. The Quotes & invoices module sends your invoices through Peppol to business customers: since 1 January 2026, an invoice addressed to a Belgian VAT-registered business must be electronic and structured (FPS Finance). The module starts at €35/month excl. VAT with a 24-month commitment, plus a one-off setup fee of €190. Our Peppol guide explains the process.
How much does a website for a practice or service business cost?
Our packs cost €69, €149 or €299/month excl. VAT, with a 24-month commitment: a one-page website, a bespoke website with CRM, or a complete website with advanced tools. Appointment booking, invoicing and a phone system are added as modules, each with its own price shown on its page.
Can our members pay their membership fees online?
Yes. With the Donations & memberships module, you define your membership plans, members pay online and membership renews automatically, with a reminder sent fifteen days before the due date. See at a glance who's up to date, without matching bank transfers one by one.
Can website pages be restricted to members?
Yes. The Members area module restricts an entire page or a single section to signed-in members: minutes, calendars, technical sheets, directories. Members sign in via an emailed link, with no password to remember, and you manage invitations from the member list.
Can our Belgian non-profit (ASBL) receive online donations and prepare tax certificates?
Yes. Donations & memberships receives one-off or monthly donations and prepares 281.71 certificates for approved institutions. According to FPS Finance, donors are entitled to a 30% tax reduction for donations made since 1 January 2025, from €40 per year per institution.
Can a club sell tickets for a tournament or evening event?
Yes. With the Ticketing module, put your event on sale on your own website, with ticket categories and capacity limits. Each participant receives a ticket by email, and volunteers scan it at the entrance with an ordinary phone, with no equipment to hire.
