Website creation for festivals

A line-up that draws a crowd, ticketing that takes nothing from your tickets

Line-up, times, practical information, tickets, volunteers, partners: your website supports the whole edition. Tickets sell on your own website, with no Eazyclick fee per ticket, and are scanned at the entrance.

  • From €69/month
  • Support from start to finish

What festivalgoers look for before buying a ticket

They come for a headliner, stay for the atmosphere and buy when everything is clear: prices, access, times.

The line-up

It's what sells tickets.

  • Line-up
Every artist with their own page and a preview.
  • Times
By day and stage, once announced.
  • Announcements
    New names, shared by email.

Every announcement brings people back to the website.

Ticketing

A purchase that should take one minute.

  • Options
Day tickets, passes, advance tickets, concessions.
  • On your website
    No Eazyclick fee per ticket.
  • On the day
Tickets scanned at the entrance with a phone.

Buyers join your database, not a platform's.

Practical information

What saves you questions on social media.

  • Getting there
    Shuttles, parking, cycling, trains.
  • On site
    Camping, bars, payment, prohibited items.
  • Accessibility
Access for people with reduced mobility, quiet areas.

An up-to-date FAQ beats a hundred private messages.

Ticketing on your own website

The Ticketing module sells tickets from your website: €190 setup then €44/month, with no Eazyclick fee per ticket; only your payment provider's fees apply. Tickets are emailed automatically and scanned at the entrance with a phone. Buyers join your database, ready to announce the next edition with Email marketing.

What the law says about tickets sold online

A ticket for a leisure event on a specific date does not carry a fourteen-day right of withdrawal (Belgian Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 12°). Your terms of sale must state this clearly, along with your cancellation policy. Playing music also requires a licence, handled in Belgium through Unisono.

Volunteers and teams

A festival relies on its volunteers. A registration form by role, then a Members area giving them private access to schedules, instructions and access information, with no fee per volunteer.

How much does ticketing for my festival cost?

The Ticketing module costs €190 setup, then €44/month, with no Eazyclick fee per ticket. Only your payment provider's fees apply to each purchase.

Can buyers withdraw after purchasing a ticket?

No: for a leisure event on a fixed date, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Code of Economic Law, Art. VI.53, 12°). Your terms of sale must state this, along with your cancellation policy.

How are tickets checked at the entrance?

Each ticket has a code scanned at the entrance with a phone. Previously scanned tickets are flagged, and you track admissions in real time.

What makes Eazyclick a new-generation digital agency rather than a traditional agency or freelancer?

We originally grew out of Caracal, an agency working with larger organisations.

Since 2012, we often met small businesses we simply could not serve with the best return on investment: too much bespoke work and time for a budget that could not stretch that far.

Eazyclick answers that problem: a product designed 100% for small businesses.

Website, SEO, branding and digital strategy: our services come together in one place. To go further, we also develop our own modules, such as booking, quote creation and invoicing, connected directly to your website.

One team manages everything, with package prices you know from the start. That is a new-generation agency.

How much does a digital agency cost today, and how does your pricing work?

Most agencies say "it depends", then leave you waiting three weeks for a vague quote.

At Eazyclick, we've built precise processes since 2012 to offer clear prices without guesswork. That's why we publish them directly on our website, starting on the homepage.

Choose the pack that matches your goals and know what you're paying and what you're getting before the first call.

Three packs, KickStarter, GlowUp and Booster, plus optional modules from €19/month with a 24-month commitment.

And e-commerce? It can be included in a GlowUp or Booster plan, depending on your project and goals.
