How much does a restaurant website cost?

An Eazyclick restaurant website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months with the KickStarter pack (€249 setup): a professional, responsive website, listed on Google and supported by your project manager. Add an online menu with its 14 allergens and QR code with no setup fee, for €24/month (€19/month over 24 months). GlowUp (from €149/month) upgrades to a fully bespoke website with the full CRM; Booster (from €299/month) adds premium SEO and management tools.

How quickly can my website go live?

Your website can go live as soon as 14 days after the first call, depending on how long you need to approve the copy and photos. Your project manager publishes your menu with you and trains you to edit it independently afterwards. See how your project unfolds.

Can I keep my cash register?

Yes. Eazyclick does not replace your SCE-certified register: keep it, while your website, menu, bookings and reviews run alongside it. Above €25,000 in annual catering services, the law requires a certified register, and SCE 2.0 for every new business since 1 July 2026: read our SCE 2.0 guide.

Are bookings and orders commission-free?

Yes. You pay a fixed subscription, and Eazyclick charges no commission per cover, booking or order taken on your website. You can keep a booking or delivery platform alongside it: your website simply becomes your direct channel, costing nothing extra per customer.

Does my business need an SCE registered cash register?

Yes, if your annual turnover excluding VAT from meals served and catering services, excluding drinks and takeaways, exceeds €25,000. New businesses within scope must use SCE 2.0 from 1 July 2026; existing registers must switch by 2027, 2028 or 2029 at the latest. Our SCE 2.0 guide explains everything, with official sources.

How do I display allergens on my website?

With the Menus module, tick the 14 regulated allergens for each dish: they appear on your online menu, through your tables' QR codes and on the printable PDF version. Allergen accuracy remains your responsibility, as you know your recipes. Our guide explains the 14 allergens and your obligations.

Can I sell takeaway food from my website?

Yes, with the Click & Collect module: customers order and pay on your website, choose a collection slot and are notified when their order is ready. No commission is taken on your sales, unlike delivery platforms. Your project manager helps put your takeaway products online.

Does a caterer need an SCE cash register?

Yes, once catering services exceed €25 000 excl. VAT per year (excluding drinks): the rule explicitly covers caterers providing catering services, not just restaurants. Simple takeaway food sales do not count towards this threshold. SCE 2.0 dates are detailed in our SCE 2.0 guide.

Does a bakery need to display allergens?

Yes. Bread, viennoiserie and pastries sold unpackaged are non-prepacked foods: the Royal Decree of 17 July 2014 requires you to inform customers about the 14 allergens, verbally with a sales assistant always present, or in writing. Flour (gluten), eggs, milk, nuts and sesame are the most common. See our guide to the 14 allergens.

Can guests book their room directly on my website?

Yes, with the Hotel booking module: guests choose their dates, see genuinely available rooms at seasonal rates and confirm with a deposit paid directly into your account. No commission is charged on these direct bookings. Your calendar also exports in iCal format to block dates on the platforms you keep.

Can customers book a table on my website?

Yes, with the Booking Pro module: customers book 24h/24 based on your actual availability and floor plan, and receive confirmation. Waiting lists, deposits for large tables and guest lists for evening events are included. Every booking joins the customer record, without per-cover commission.

Is there a bundle for hospitality businesses?

Yes: the Horeca package brings together the three modules most useful front of house, Menus, Bookings & appointments and Reviews & testimonials, at a bundle price lower than buying them separately. It is added to your website package. Your project manager confirms the price for your establishment during the first call.

How much does a website for my establishment cost?

An Eazyclick website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months with the KickStarter pack (€249 setup): a professional, responsive website optimised for Google and supported by your project manager. Business modules (online menu, click & collect, shop, bookings, reviews) can be added from €19/month (24-month commitment). GlowUp (from €149/month) upgrades you to a fully bespoke website with the complete CRM; Booster (from €299/month) adds premium SEO and management.

Can my customers book a service online?

Yes, with the Bookings & appointments module: customers choose a service (class, dinner at home, tasting) and an available slot, then receive confirmation and a reminder the day before. For an event requiring a quote, the enquiry arrives in your CRM with the date, guest count and dietary requirements.
