Nobody wants to browse your website anymore. They want to talk to it

Zero UI, branding that dares to be human, content that matters, and an AI tool that builds your website without code.

Editor's note

We're moving from the era of search and find to “ask and get”. It even has a name: Zero UI.

That's the thread running through this issue. Your search bar becoming your best salesperson, a brand identity that dares to sound human rather than polished, and content designed for your reader before Google. Plus a tool that builds a website without a line of code.

Bonus: how we turned our haters into customers.

01 · In brief

Your search bar is becoming your best salesperson

Forget the chatbot tucked away in the bottom-right corner: the real trend is merging search and conversation into a single bar. Users type what they want instead of guessing which menu to click, and the website answers.

Walmart launched this in 2024 (+22% e-commerce sales in Q1 2025), Zalando rolled it out across 25 markets for more than 2 million users, and now it's our turn with V03 of the Eazyclick website, live from September.

The catch: more than 80% of businesses never optimise their internal search engine, even though it could be their website's most profitable feature.

This brand identity puts expression before readability, and it changes everything

Studio Overview created the identity for Human, Zandland's hard-hitting new documentary series (gangs, intelligence services, forbidden zones). The message is clear: an identity that feels like real people, not a press release. Food for thought about your own brand: does it sound human, or just polished?

What does “quality” content actually mean?

Everyone tells you to create “quality” content, but nobody explains what that means. SEO.com listed 8 concrete signs: it answers search intent, stays focused without overwhelming the reader, draws on data, uses relatable examples, and gives as much attention to presentation as substance (headings, lists, visuals).

In other words, write for your reader before writing for Google.

Thanks to our haters (we wouldn't have this traffic without them)

Let's be honest: we've racked up several hundred million views on social media this year, and we're only just starting to refine the strategy behind it.

What works? Calling out the excesses of vibe coding, a bit like a whistleblower, before gently bringing the conversation back to our expertise. The result: +30% traffic to our website, offers timed just right, and more prospects signing up.

The takeaway: even haters keep the algorithm moving.
