Position open

We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer

At Eazyclick, every new module adds screens. We’re looking for someone to design them simple, beautiful and easy to build.

  • Full time
  • Figma · Design system · Prototyping
  • €38–45k or €250–300/day

Why this role exists now, not in six months

Eazyclick designs websites for Belgian freelancers and small businesses, along with the business modules that connect to them: CRM, quotes and invoices, bookings, loyalty. Every new module adds screens, and every customer site has to fit its own trade while sharing the same components.

We’re looking for a designer to create those screens, from wireframe to prototype, within our creative team and alongside our senior UX/UI designer, who looks after the design system. Not someone who just produces mockups: someone who understands our customers’ work and picks the simplest solution that holds up.

What’s next? You gradually take ownership of entire modules, from watching users to signing off in production.

How we design

  • A shared design system
components, colours and typography shared by the websites and the modules
  • From design to code, with nothing lost
you work with the developers and sign off what goes into production
  • AI as a tool
quick prototypes, variants, placeholder content: AI saves time, it doesn’t decide for you
  • Real users
we watch our customers use a screen, and fix whatever makes them hesitate

What we’re looking for

  • Experience
2 or more years in interface design, or a portfolio that shows software products
  • Figma every day
components, variants, auto layout and prototypes
  • A systems mindset
you reuse and extend components rather than redrawing everything
  • A reflex for simplicity
our users aren’t tech-savvy: the simplest solution wins
  • Good communication
good French, to present your choices to the team and to customers

What we offer

  • Pay stated upfront
€38,000 to €45,000 gross per year on a permanent contract, or €250 to €300 excl. VAT per day as a freelance, with no negotiation dragging on for weeks
  • Your choice of status
employee or freelance, whichever suits you
  • Hybrid working
offices in Uccle when you need them, the freedom to work from home the rest of the time
  • Real influence on the product
you don’t get handed a spec, you take part in the decisions that shape the product
  • Learn from a senior
a senior designer at your side, and entire modules to take ownership of

How the hiring process works

  • A 30-minute call
to get to know each other
  • An interview with Antoine, the founder
your background and the way you work
  • A paid one-month trial
on real projects, with the team
  • A quick decision
we carry on together, on a permanent contract or as a freelance

Please include your portfolio with your application. Direct applications only: we don't work with recruitment agencies.

What makes Eazyclick a new-generation digital agency rather than a traditional agency or freelancer?

We originally grew out of Caracal, an agency working with larger organisations.

Since 2012, we often met small businesses we simply could not serve with the best return on investment: too much bespoke work and time for a budget that could not stretch that far.

Eazyclick answers that problem: a product designed 100% for small businesses.

Website, SEO, branding and digital strategy: our services come together in one place. To go further, we also develop our own modules, such as booking, quote creation and invoicing, connected directly to your website.

One team manages everything, with package prices you know from the start. That is a new-generation agency.

How much does a digital agency cost today, and how does your pricing work?

Most agencies say "it depends", then leave you waiting three weeks for a vague quote.

At Eazyclick, we've built precise processes since 2012 to offer clear prices without guesswork. That's why we publish them directly on our website, starting on the homepage.

Choose the pack that matches your goals and know what you're paying and what you're getting before the first call.

Three packs, KickStarter, GlowUp and Booster, plus optional modules from €19/month with a 24-month commitment.

And e-commerce? It can be included in a GlowUp or Booster plan, depending on your project and goals.

Do I need to juggle several providers for different services?

No. You have one point of contact: your project manager, whether for your website, SEO or branding. Someone you can reach who really knows your project.

Everything starts with your digital strategy: the starting point for defining your goals, priorities and budget.

Then a single team handles every aspect: your website from start to finish, your visibility on Google & AI, bespoke design & branding, the content that keeps it all alive over time, and the modules that manage your customers, quotes and invoices.

How long does it take to launch my website?

Allow 14 days with KickStarter, around 1 month with GlowUp and around 2 months with Booster. Your project manager gives you the precise schedule during the launch call.

Do I need to handle technical work or SEO after launch?

No, we take care of it.

We handle every technical and SEO aspect of your website. You have nothing to manage.

What is the Eazyclick ecosystem?

Your website and business tools together in one place: CRM, quotes, invoices, bookings, till, reviews… Everything arriving through your website or counter enriches the same customer record.

Activate only the modules your business needs, and your project manager sets them up with you. Fewer tools, fewer subscriptions and no more re-entering data.

Peppol e-invoicing: are you ready?

Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian businesses must go through Peppol, the e-invoicing network. The Quotes & invoices module sends your invoices in the right format, from the same tool as your quotes and CRM. It is available as an add-on (from €35/month over 24 months or €44 over 12 months, plus a one-off setup fee of €190) and is one of the modules you can choose with the Booster plan. Your project manager sets up your Peppol identity with you.

A monthly export for your accountant is included. Direct integration with your accounting software is available on quotation.

Who is affected, fines, registration: read our complete guide to Peppol in Belgium.

Eazyclick, Easyclick, Easy Click: is that you?

Yes. Our name is spelt Eazyclick, with a z, but people often hear “easy click”. Whether you typed Easyclick, Easy Click or EazyClick, you are in the right place: the Uccle web agency creating websites and tools to manage your customers since 2012.

We do not sell switches or windows: that is a different Easyclick.
