Eazyclick V.03: your website becomes your command centre
Your website should be the centre of your business, not another tool

It is here: Eazyclick V.03 is live. And this is more than a fresh coat of paint: it changes the thinking behind what a website should do for you.
The problem we see with all our customers
Most business owners we work with have experienced the same frustration: a website in one place, a CRM in another, an invoicing tool elsewhere and an online shop on a third platform. The result: five subscriptions, five passwords, five interfaces to learn, and tools that do not really talk to each other.
All-in-one suites exist, with Odoo leading the way. On paper, centralising everything is a good idea. In our view, in practice, these are overly complex systems designed for IT teams, requiring weeks of configuration and a paid integrator to make them work. You do not run a small business to become a system administrator.
What V.03 changes
Our principle is simple: your website is your flagship. It carries your brand, converts visitors into customers and remains your business's central online point of contact.
Around it, we add modules chosen for your business, rather than imposed as a bundle because “it is the full suite”. A CRM to track prospects. An e-commerce module if you sell online. A complete visual identity if your branding needs a refresh. An extra language if you are targeting Flanders or international markets.
You activate only what you need, when you need it. No CRM you pay for but never open. No e-commerce feature switched on when you sell nothing online.
What this means for you
One foundation. Your website stays at the centre; everything else connects to it. No more juggling platforms.
Modules you choose. CRM, branding, e-commerce, extra languages, social media templates: activate them according to your business needs, rather than a fixed package.
No IT tickets. Every module is designed for a business owner, not a developer. You manage your business, rather than an ERP.
Room to evolve. As your business changes, your website evolves with it, module by module, without rebuilding everything.
Everything runs from one interface
Behind your website is your Eazyclick workspace: a dashboard where bookings, quote requests and messages arrive ready to handle. Contacts, appointments and invoices live in one place, and every enquiry sent through your website lands directly in the customer record.
Track your results at a glance, edit your own copy and photos, and let your website evolve with your business.
How it works in practice
An initial call. 30 minutes with Daniel, our account manager, to understand your business, customers and tools. We tell you honestly which plan suits you and when your website can go live.
Project launch. Your project manager agrees the pages, tone, goals and launch date with you. You then receive access to your project space: the brief to complete, timeline and every upcoming step, all in one place.
Production and your feedback. Follow progress and approve each stage, as many times as needed. Meanwhile, we activate the tools your business needs (bookings, quotes, CRM…) and transfer your existing contacts, products and appointments. Nothing to re-enter.
Going live. Domain name, security, Google: we check everything, then launch your website with you, in 14 days to 8 weeks depending on your plan.
Continued growth. Bookings, quote requests, messages: everything arrives in the same tool. Launch is only the beginning.

Why now
We built Eazyclick on one observation: a website that brings in no customers serves no purpose, and a tool that needs an IT specialist to work does not serve a small business owner. V.03 is the fullest expression of that belief. The flagship stays simple, and modules are added without complexity.
What you can do this week
Take stock of your tools. Note how many subscriptions you pay for and how many you actually open each week. The result can sting.
Find what does not connect. Where do you manually re-enter the same information between your website, CRM and invoicing? That is where you lose time.
Start with your business, not a package. Ask which 1 or 2 modules would save you time right now, and leave the rest aside.
In summary
This is not another suite to learn. It is your website, growing with you.
