An estate agency website isn't an ordinary business website: it displays properties that change every week, connects them to your software, receives viewing and valuation requests, and must show the profession's required disclosures. Its price depends mainly on these points, far more than on the number of pages.

How much does an estate agency website cost?

At Eazyclick, an agency website starts at €69/month excl. VAT over 24 months, with €249 setup (KickStarter pack). To publish your properties automatically from Whise, Omnicasa, SweepBright, Zabun or Apimo, add the Real estate module: €290 setup, then €49/month over 24 months or €59/month over 12 months.

What are the three pricing models?

  • A website included with your real estate software. Several providers sell a website connected to their CRM as a subscription add-on. This is the simplest option; the website starts from a shared theme and remains tied to the provider.
  • A web agency, priced by quote. A one-off design fee, then hosting, maintenance and improvements billed separately. You own the website; synchronisation with your software often relies on a plugin that needs maintaining, especially with WordPress.
  • An all-inclusive subscription. Bespoke design, hosting, maintenance, security and support in one monthly price. This is Eazyclick's model: the cost is spread out, and updates never bring an unpleasant surprise.

To compare, add up everything over three years: design, hosting, maintenance, synchronisation, copywriting and SEO.

What affects the price of a real estate website?

  • The software connection: reading properties from Whise, Omnicasa, SweepBright, Zabun or Apimo, sending enquiries back, removing sold properties.
  • Languages: a bilingual French-Dutch website costs more than a single-language website, because every page and property exists twice.
  • Municipality pages: one page for each municipality or neighbourhood you cover, with your properties and sales, for local SEO.
  • Online valuation: a valuation request page connected to the CRM (see our online valuation guide).
  • Content: team photos, copy, blog posts; writing them yourself or outsourcing them.
  • Ongoing support: monthly SEO, analytics, improvements.

How much does an estate agency website cost at Eazyclick?

All prices exclude VAT and are based on a 24-month commitment (12 months in brackets).

  • KickStarter: €249 setup, then €69/month (€89/month). A one-page website on an optimised template, in one language, with a mini-CRM, for an independent agent or small agency.
  • GlowUp: €699 setup, then €149/month (€179/month). A bespoke website with up to 6 pages, in two languages, the full CRM, Analytics Pro and one Google-optimised article each month.
  • Booster: €1,490 setup, then €299/month (€349/month). A website in French, Dutch and English, SEO Boost and Analytics Pro, and two business modules included, including Real estate if you choose it.
  • Real estate module: €290 setup, then €49/month (€59/month), regardless of the number of properties.

A worked example

A Brussels agency with four agents wants a French and Dutch website, connected to Whise, with a valuation page. It chooses GlowUp and the Real estate module over 24 months:

  • setup: €699 + half of €290 = €844 excl. VAT;
  • subscription: €149 + €49 = €198/month excl. VAT;
  • first year: €844 + 12 × €198 = €3,220 excl. VAT, including hosting, maintenance and synchronisation.

Its real estate software licence and portal subscriptions remain separate: the website doesn't replace them.

Are grants available to help fund the website?

In Brussels, a grant can cover part of a digitalisation project, subject to conditions. We explain the rules and application process in our article on the digitalisation grant. In Wallonia, ask about chèques-entreprises business vouchers before signing.

Frequently asked questions

Does an estate agency website cost more than a business website?

Yes, a little: the software connection, property search and map take more work than a website with a few pages. At Eazyclick, the difference is the Real estate module, at €49/month over 24 months after €290 setup.

Can you keep your real estate software?

Yes, that's the point. The website reads your properties from Whise, Omnicasa, SweepBright, Zabun or Apimo and sends enquiries back there. Your team keeps entering properties in the same place. See our comparison of real estate software in Belgium.

Do I own the website?

The website is published on your domain name, which stays in your name, and you own your content. During the subscription, we host, maintain and improve the website; your project manager supports you from start to finish.
