Odoo or Eazyclick: real prices, modules and websites compared
Per-user licences, hourly implementation fees, the 2026 price rise: what Odoo really costs, module by module, compared with Eazyclick.

Odoo and Eazyclick sell different things. Odoo sells per-user licences: software for you to install, configure and use to build your website. Eazyclick sells a bespoke website, the management modules that connect to it, and a project manager who sets everything up. Comparing an Odoo licence price with an Eazyclick pack price is comparing apples and oranges. So this article compares like with like: individual modules, the website, customisation and the actual cost of the service around them.
At a glance
- Odoo's advertised price covers the licence only. Implementation is sold separately, in prepaid bundles of hours, from €499 for 4 h to €16,830 for 200 h.
- Odoo has just increased its prices by around 20%, and the first-year discount disappears at renewal: €19.90 per user in the first year, then €24.90.
- With Odoo, you pay for every team member. With Eazyclick, the price is per website, not per user.
- You build your Odoo website yourself, block by block. With Eazyclick, our team designs it from scratch and optimises it for Google.
- Customising Odoo costs 80% more per user: Odoo Studio is only available on the Custom plan.

On paper, an Odoo licence includes plenty of apps. In practice, an installed app is not the same as a working app: you need to configure it, import your data, train your team and maintain it. With Odoo, that work is yours to do or is billed by the hour. With Eazyclick, it is included in the module price.
Odoo's real cost: service billed by the hour
The per-user price tells you nothing about implementation. To price that, Odoo directs you to a project estimator and its Success Packs, prepaid consultancy hours:
Odoo Success Pack | Hours | Price excl. VAT | Hourly rate |
|---|---|---|---|
Starter | 4 h | 499 € | around €125 |
Basic | 25 h | 2 635 € | around €105 |
Standard | 50 h | 4 675 € | around €94 |
Custom | 100 h | 8 415 € | around €84 |
Pro | 200 h | 16 830 € | around €84 |

When the pack runs out, you buy another. Users say so themselves on Trustpilot, where Odoo scores 3.1 out of 5 from around 1,280 reviews as at 01/10/2026:
- An Australian company, on 30/09/2026: “We paid well over $5,000 trying to implement it, and hiring an implementation partner would have cost us another $7,600.”
- Another, on the same day: “You need very deep pockets… on average 250 an hour to configure anything.”
- A Dutch company, on 26/09/2026, explains that it was renewed on a more expensive annual subscription, with no monthly option available.
Odoo raises its prices
On 24 September 2026, La Libre reported Odoo's first price rise in four years, of around 20%: the Custom plan rises from €29 to €35 per user. In an interview published the same day, founder Fabien Pinckaers sums up the software provider's position: “Even if we doubled or tripled our prices, our customers would stay.”
Then there is the first-year discount. The Standard plan is advertised at €19.90 per user, but that price only applies for 12 months: it then rises to €24.90, or 25% more at renewal. With Eazyclick, the price you sign up for remains the price you pay throughout your commitment.
A team of 5 over 24 months
Take a small business with 5 people that wants a website that brings in customers, a CRM and Peppol invoices.
Over 24 months, excl. VAT | Odoo Standard | Odoo Custom | Eazyclick GlowUp + Quotes & invoices |
|---|---|---|---|
Licences or subscription | 2 688 € | 4 848 € | €4,416 |
Implementation | €2,635 (Basic pack, 25 h) | €2,635 (Basic pack, 25 h) | €794 |
Website | build it yourself | build it yourself | bespoke, up to 6 pages |
SEO and content | not included | not included | advanced SEO and 1 article per month |
Project manager | the pack's 25 h, then billed hourly | the pack's 25 h, then billed hourly | 3 h per month, totalling 72 h |
Total | €5,323, without a website or ongoing support | €7,483, without a website or ongoing support | €5,210, all included |
The 72 hours of project management included in GlowUp alone would be worth around €6,700 at Odoo's Standard Success Pack rate. And if you hire three people, Odoo Standard costs you around €1,600 more over the same period. With Eazyclick, nothing changes.
The website: where the gap is widest
Odoo includes a website builder: you assemble predefined blocks, write your copy and manage your search optimisation. It is useful for a basic business page. It is not a website designed to sell.
With Eazyclick, the website is at the heart of the offer. Since 2012, we have delivered websites to more than 200 businesses. From GlowUp onwards, your website is designed specifically for your business, written for Google and AI search engines, and enriched with an article every month. Every enquiry through the website goes straight into your CRM, and every quote signed online becomes a Peppol invoice.
Customise without paying 80% more
With Odoo, adapting a screen, adding a field or creating a report requires Odoo Studio. Studio is only available on the Custom plan, at €35.90 then €44.90 per user, compared with €19.90 then €24.90 on Standard: 80% more per user, before you even pay someone to use it.
With Eazyclick, customisation is part of the service. Your project manager adapts the modules to your business, the way you sell and your brand, with no extra per-user charge.
When should you keep Odoo?
If you have more than 50 people, stock across several warehouses, manufacturing operations and an in-house team capable of maintaining an ERP, Odoo remains a serious option. For a small business or self-employed professional wanting a website that brings in customers and tools that work from the first week, Eazyclick costs less for the same scope, and you don't have to become an integrator.
