Billit, Accountable or Eazyclick: which Peppol invoicing software?

Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian businesses are exchanged through Peppol, the e-invoicing network. Billit and Accountable are two invoicing tools familiar to self-employed professionals. Eazyclick doesn't sell standalone invoicing software: its Quotes & invoices module is part of a bespoke website and CRM, set up by a project manager. To compare like with like, here's what each tool does, what it really costs a team and what it doesn't do.

What a team of 5 really costs

Billit includes one user in the price and charges €5/month per additional user. For 5 people on the 500-document plan, that's €25 + 4 × €5, or €45/month. The Eazyclick module costs €35/month, regardless of how many people use it.

For a lower total over two years, the tool also comes set up with your branding, your quote templates ready to use, and quotes sent from the record of the customer who contacted you through your website.

The difference invoicing software doesn't make

Invoicing software starts when you already know what to invoice. The Eazyclick module starts earlier:

• a visitor completes your website form and their enquiry arrives in your CRM;
• you build a quote in two minutes from their record, they accept it online and the acceptance is timestamped;
• the accepted quote becomes a numbered Peppol invoice with a payment link;
• reminders go out automatically at D+7, then D+15;
• a monthly export goes to your accountant.
