At Eazyclick, good design means a CRM a self-employed professional understands without training and a website that makes people want to get in touch. You build the system that makes both possible.
Why this role exists today, rather than in six months
Eazyclick designs websites for Belgian self-employed professionals and SMEs, along with connected management modules: CRM, quotes and invoices, bookings and loyalty. Every new module adds screens, and every client website must reflect their trade while sharing the same components.
We're looking for someone to own the design system end to end, from wireframe to prototype, and support developers through to production. More than producing mock-ups, you'll understand our clients' businesses and choose the simplest solution that works.
What we expect from you
- Proven expertise
5+ years of interface design experience, including work on a software product or high-volume websites - Mastery of your tools
Daily use of Figma and practical experience with a prototyping or publishing tool such as Framer or Webflow - A systems mindset
You build components, variants and rules others can reuse without you - An instinct for simplicity
A strong focus on simplicity: our audience isn't tech-savvy - Strong communication
Excellent French to present your choices to clients and the team
You'll work with the developers building the modules, the project managers supporting our clients and product leadership. Your designs go into development, and you check what comes out.

Do I need to juggle several providers for different services?

How long does it take to launch my website?
Allow 14 days with KickStarter, around 1 month with GlowUp and around 2 months with Booster. Your project manager gives you the precise schedule during the launch call.
Do I need to handle technical work or SEO after launch?
No, we take care of it.
We handle every technical and SEO aspect of your website. You have nothing to manage.
What is the Eazyclick ecosystem?
Your website and business tools together in one place: CRM, quotes, invoices, bookings, till, reviews… Everything arriving through your website or counter enriches the same customer record.
Activate only the modules your business needs, and your project manager sets them up with you. Fewer tools, fewer subscriptions and no more re-entering data.
Peppol e-invoicing: are you ready?
Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian businesses must go through Peppol, the e-invoicing network. The Quotes & invoices module sends your invoices in the right format, from the same tool as your quotes and CRM. It is available as an add-on (from €35/month over 24 months or €44 over 12 months, plus a one-off setup fee of €190) and is one of the modules you can choose with the Booster plan. Your project manager sets up your Peppol identity with you.
A monthly export for your accountant is included. Direct integration with your accounting software is available on quotation.
